Soggiorno eccellente, la posizione molto comoda (10min da un punto di snodo importante come Earl's Court), servizio da 10 e lode e per soli £8 ho trovato che la colazione fosse molto meglio di quella che si trova nella maggior parte dei bar e caffetterie. Lo staff, come anche negli altri hub di premier inn, sono gentilissimi.

Incredibly kind staff!!! They always accommodated us and made sure we were taken care of! Rooms were small, but it was good for us since we were out all day! Right next to the tube, so easy to get around London. Great place to say if you’re looking for a safe little place to rest your head after long days of exploring!

Wonderful room, super quiet hotel! Very helpful staff too... would definitely stay again! Bar/refreshments open til 1am. Coffee, tea, water 24 hours with a nice Barista machine! If your traveling and want to experience London, it is conveniently located near 2 stations, an overground and underground too!

The bad experience in London. an unfriendly attitude shown to guest. 歐洲最差的酒店，住了2個晚上。房間很小. 枱，很難放東西。地毯老舊，酒店早餐貴，但食物選擇小。地鐵站搬行李不方便，因為沒升降機。總結：職員態度差，房間浴室門壞了，說好換，但職員一個推一個，最後沒有換。第一天浴室房門不能關上，職員沒有上來協助，只送了明天2份早餐給我們，由於當日房滿了，前枱說明天早上再安排換房。第2天早上，2位職員說我們不用搬行李，晚上回來時行李會安排好在新房間。但第2天晚上，男職員說由於房間滿了及有維修職員上房維修了門，所以沒有換房間。但我們回到房間發現門都是很難推開，不覺得職員有維修。男前枱職員上來都覺得不容易開。他又說送早餐，但我們拒絕。要求見經理。他說明天早上我們一定看到經理，晚上沒有經理第3天早上，最惡劣的肥胖前枱女職員，態度最惡劣，不給我們見經理，對此事沒有道歉，還說沒有職員說我們可以換房，真的十分生氣。所以我們回房了過了30分鐘，check out時，經理出現，有和我們道歉。但覺得其他普通職員完全不知在做什麼，服務態度差，安排差，如果一早沒有房間，不應說可以換。

Avis honnête : Vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés, avec un rapport qualité-prix presque imbattable. Les chambres sont propres et confortables, mais trois points positifs ressortent particulièrement : Le personnel est très attentionné, avec une mention spéciale pour leur gentillesse et leur disponibilité. Le petit-déjeuner est vraiment top : les viennoiseries sont chaudes, le buffet n’est pas immense mais il y a tout ce qu’il faut, et surtout tout est bon (œufs, bacon, muesli, muffins, pain, différents cafés…). Enfin, l’établissement est très bien desservi, avec le bus et le métro juste à côté, ce qui est très pratique. Je recommande vivement cet établissement.
