  Perfect location! We stayed in this hotel in summer 2025 and it was perfect for what we wanted. We spend most of our time out and about so we don't need all the fancy amenities. This hotel had comfy beds, big bathrooms, loved the LED lights surrounding the headboards. We stayed in the premier rooms so we had a fridge and rainfall shower. The shower was nice and big. Love that the premier rooms were on the top 2 floors and we had a great view of the London Eye. I plan to stay here again, and again, and again. The front desk staff was very polite and helpful. The only problem was the resturant hours were not very clear. We went during listed hour (about 4pm) and were told that they were actually not open and they would open again later in the day. It was a convention location to Waterloo Station and walking distance to so many famous sights.

  We absolutely loved our stay at the Premier Inn London County Hall! The location is honestly unbeatable right near the London Eye, South Bank, Westminster Bridge, and surrounded by heaps of restaurants, cafés and walkable to all main attractions in London! We stayed in the Premier Plus Double Room, which was really spacious, modern and comfortable. The bed was super comfy, the bathroom was lovely, and the room had everything you could need. Air conditioning, TV, plenty of mirrors, charging ports right next to the bed, bedside lamps, a desk and chair, kettle and coffee pods, and even a little mini fridge. There was also a handy bench for putting your suitcase on. The room didnt feel squishy, it was spacious The staff were really friendly and helpful from the moment we arrived, which made checking in really easy. The reception is also 24 hours! For the location, room quality and price, we honestly couldn't fault it. It's such a convenient place to stay if you're exploring London, especially around South Bank. Would definitely stay here again!

  We stayed at the hotel for six days and felt right at home. The location is fantastic: a quiet area next to the London Eye and just a few meters from two tube stations that allow you to reach any part of London (Westminster and Waterloo). The rooms: fully equipped, clean, quiet, and very comfortable. The restaurant: Excellent, with variety and quality at both breakfast and dinner. But the best thing was the staff, very friendly and always helpful with a smile, both at reception and in the restaurant. I have to give a special mention to the restaurant team, especially Fahim, Rachel, and Maria. They made us feel at home. Congratulations and thank you so much for everything. When we return to London, we will definitely stay at the County Hall again.

  We had the most amazing stay at this Premier Inn. Obviouly, we picked it for the location as we wanted to visit the London Eye, Big Ben, Houses of Parliament and Buckingham Palace and as a regular user of Premier Inns, this was the best room we had. We were given a room which had two king size beds in and it was the first time we had experienced this for a family room but this is a lot better than the other options of two single beds. The room was really spacious and the staff were really accomodating, they arranged late check out for us, and upon request arranged for a fan to be sent to our room. I would highly recommend this Premier Inn to all those visiting London for the first time as most of the tourist attractions are all within a stones throw from this location. The only downside is that the entrance to the hotel is up two short flight of stairs and it is not very convenient so bear this in mind as some of the elderly guests were really struggling taking their suitcases up.

  Sehr empfehlenswert: Ich war vier Tage hier und habe mich insgesamt sehr wohlgefühlt. Besonders positiv möchte ich den Service und die Freundlichkeit des Personals hervorheben. Egal ob beim Check-in, Check-out, bei Fragen, mit dem Gepäck oder bei kleinen Problemen im Zimmer alle waren sehr hilfsbereit und haben schnell geholfen. Das Zimmer war modern, sauber und gepflegt. Auch bei kleinen Dingen wurde sofort reagiert. Zum Beispiel war die Dusche etwas rutschig, und auf Nachfrage wurden uns direkt zwei Matten gebracht. Auch einen Adapter für die britischen Steckdosen konnten wir problemlos an der Rezeption bekommen. Sehr praktisch und sicher fand ich den Gepäckraum. Die Koffer werden registriert und bei der Abholung kontrolliert. Gerade bei einem späten Rückflug ist das sehr angenehm. Die Lage ist hervorragend. Viele Sehenswürdigkeiten, Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind schnell erreichbar. Auch M&S ist nur wenige Minuten entfernt. Sehr angenehm fand ich außerdem, dass man eigenes Essen mitbringen und im Hotelbereich essen kann. Einziger Kritikpunkt ist für mich das Frühstück. Die Auswahl war jeden Tag nahezu identisch. Für einen Tag völlig in Ordnung, aber nach mehreren Tagen etwas langweilig. Deshalb würde ich persönlich das Frühstück höchstens einmal buchen und die anderen Tage lieber verschiedene Möglichkeiten in der Umgebung ausprobieren. Mein Fazit: Ich würde definitiv wiederkommen und das Hotel weiterempfehlen. Für die Lage, den Preis, die Sauberkeit und vor allem den hervorragenden Service ist es eine sehr gute Wahl für einen London Aufenthalt.
