La habitación bastante bien con cama de matrimonio muy cómoda y dos tipos de almohadas. Incluía el desayuno que sin ser espectacular tenía de todo.

It's just a wind blowing operation disguised as AC. It can't be set below 19 centigrades. It says it is at 19 degrees but your room is really at 22. Let's all blame the heath wave.

The location is perfect for exploring London, the room was spotless and comfortable, and the whole team made us feel welcome from start to finish. Everything was well organised, breakfast was fresh with plenty of choice, and the atmosphere throughout the hotel was great. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.

The Staff are lovely and very helpful. The only -ve is the awful self check in system which once again didn’t work. There are staff on duty to help.
