  Soggiorno nel complesso molto positivo, soprattutto per la posizione e i servizi offerti dalla struttura. I punti di forza: - Posizione eccellente: Collegata benissimo a tutte le principali fermate di bus, metropolitana e treni. In pochissimo tempo si riesce a raggiungere qualsiasi zona di Londra. - Personale: Lo staff è davvero molto gentile ed estremamente disponibile per qualsiasi esigenza. - Colazione: Abbiamo optato per la formula con colazione inclusa ed è stata una piacevole sorpresa, molto superiore alle aspettative! L'offerta è varia, spaziando dal salato al dolce, con frutta, yogurt e molto altro. Aspetti da migliorare (in camera): Abbiamo soggiornato in una camera doppia grande, che è risultata effettivamente spaziosa. Tuttavia, ci sono state diverse disattenzioni sulla gestione e pulizia della stanza che ci si aspetterebbe venissero gestite in automatico: - Il riassetto della camera e il cambio degli asciugamani avvengono solo su richiesta. -Dotazione iniziale incompleta: ci sono stati forniti due teli doccia ma un solo asciugamano da viso (pur essendo in due). Inoltre viene lasciato un solo rotolo di carta igienica senza ricambi immediati. - Il dispenser del bagnodoccia al nostro arrivo era già quasi scarico e, una volta finito, abbiamo dovuto richiederlo noi perché durante il riassetto non era stato controllato. - La pulizia giornaliera della stanza è risultata un po' superficiale. Va detto che il personale è sempre pronto a risolvere ogni richiesta non appena gliela si fa notare, ma in vacanza si apprezzerebbe non dover chiedere ogni singola cosa di routine. Giudizio finale: Nel complesso l'esperienza è stata buona e consona a un hotel 3 stelle di una grande catena. Con un piccolo sforzo in più sulla cura delle camere e sulla pulizia potrebbe davvero fare il salto di qualità!

  Otelin konumu güzel, metroya yakın ve bir çok yere kolaylıkla yürütebilirsiniz. Resepsiyondaki insanlar güler yüzlü.Google puanına göre burada kalmayı seçmiştik fakat odaları küçük ve temiz değildi. Bizden önce kalan birinin iç çamaşırı odadaydı, banyoda örümcek vardı. Parasının karşılığı bir hizmet sunduklarını düşünmüyorum.

  Location centralissima, a due passi da due fermate della metropolitana (St. James Park e Westminster) e dalla Cattedrale di Westminster. Camere essenziali ma con tutto il necessario, molto luminose e con l'aria condizionata. Bagno piccolo ma pulito. Nella lounge è possibile riempire le borracce con acqua e prendere tea e caffè per tutto il giorno. Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo, ci tornerò assolutamente.

  I couldn’t wait until the end of my stay to submit this. I loved everything about this hotel. As an American, I needed a hotel with air conditioning and the air worked so well in the July heat. The service was so great, everyone I encountered was really kind and always willing to help. There was a breakfast every day you could get as part of your stay, we opted to pay £9 when we were going because we didn’t go every day. The breakfast is mostly the same every day but it was really tasty and had a lot of options so it didn’t feel repetitive. They also have a bar/restaurant with a few options for lunch/dinner/drinks. Bed is comfortable, room isn’t super large but honestly it’s fine and it fit our needs. Walking distance to Westminster Abbey, Big Ben, etc., an underground stop(St James’s Park), and lots of pubs/shops. They even offer early check in for a small fee which we took after our overnight flight we needed a comfy bed and a shower! Would 100% stay here again.

  We spent four nights at Hub Westminster Abbey hotel and greatly enjoyed our stay! Our room was very smartly laid out with lots of storage within the room including space under the bed for suitcases and a pull out desk. The air conditioning was also very appreciated! The front desk staff were very helpful, and we utilized the available luggage storage before check-in and after check-out. What drew us to this hotel was the good value and the excellent location! We were able to quickly walk to the St James Cross underground station and the Victoria Station which made getting throughout London very easy. The hotel is a short 5 minute walk to Big Ben and Westminster Abbey, and only slightly further from Buckingham Palace. The area of the hotel felt very safe and was full of activity with many restaurants and coffee shops. In addition, the hotel found out we were staying over our anniversary and left us a little gift in our room upon check-in to help celebrate! We would highly recommend this hotel and would stay again in the future!
