  The hotel is really soundproof, we were not bothered by flight noise. The suite size is sufficient enough for a family. The Kitchen is fully equipped with all necessary stuff. Bring only the groceries to cook. The bathroom was comfortable. The Air Condition worked very well, the temperature control from 16 to 25 degree celsius was possible. The breakfast had variety of options, the restaurant was spacious enough and is complimentary. The staff Navjot and Sendra were friendly, helpful and cheerful always. The receptionist and the restaurants staff were helpful. The paid shuttle bus to the airport terminals is good alternative to Taxi in terms of cost. The local transport is couple of 100m away and having good connection to the neighbourhood and to the airport Terminals. The bed was comfortable. There are couple of restaurants available at the next door. Bit pricey but good option if you're tired and unable to cook. The restaurant 'Street Food' is must try.

  Great prices and staff. Special mention to the breakfast services ladies Navjot and Taniya who were very efficient friendly and ensured the service ran smoothly. Promptly cleaning tables checking on guests to ensure a pleasant experience is what I was happy to see. It is staff like these that help to build and maintain the image of the brand and the hotel. Plenty of parking and the rooms are nice. Reception staff happy to answer queries. Needless to say I will be coming here again on my next London visit.

  Cris, who hosts happy hour at the Staybridge Suites near Heathrow, provides absolutely impeccable service. He works incredibly hard, is always friendly and welcoming, and really goes above and beyond to make guests feel looked after. He’s a real asset to this excellent hotel! The only thing I’d love to see is a few gluten-free, vegan snack options available during happy hour. That would make an already great experience even better! Five stars for Chris!

  I have been an IHG Diamond Status member or previous equivalent for several years, rarely received the complimentary upgrade and then only after raising the issue. This visit I arrived from a flight at the hotel at 10.30am to meet Ali Abbas at reception who stated no rooms were available for early check-in but he would allocate me a room. I returned later that day at 15.45 to be checked in by another member of staff, clearly no room had been allocated, as I had not received an upgrade or my preference of an upper floor room as recorded on the IHG system. On checkout my wife expressed her disappointment at not receiving an upgrade as Ali Abbas was once again on reception but did not receive an explanation or apology. Do not expect any benefit to your loyalty status at this hotel.

  Excellent stay and highly recommend! The check-in process went well and the staff at check-in were professional and friendly. They acknowledged my Diamond status with IHG. The room was spotless and very well-equipped. The evening reception was a highlight with snacks and beverages available including wine and beer. CRIS was very helpful, kind, and professional and he worked hard to keep all of the food and drink well-stocked so that nothing ran out. There was an excellent turnout among the guests, which offered a nice opportunity for conversation with other guests. We had a very nice chat with CRIS and that was a very pleasant experience! Ten out of ten and a terrific option near London Heathrow. There are a number of transportation options, which the front desk staff described in detail including the U3 bus—an excellent and economical option for those without a lot of luggage!
