  Mr Antonio Fernandes was amazing in his generosity during his late night shift. I needed to contact another hotel regarding personal belongings but couldn't get through via local number. He quickly asked for the phone number and I inevitably was able to retrieve my belongings. It started with a simple local call that Mr Fernandes could have said no but he didn't and for that I'm very grateful. Stay blessed.

  The service by Taran at the hotel restaurant to-go station was exceptional. I placed a meal order to take back to my room and her patience with me is commendable. She explained some things about the menu, patiently answered my questions, and she and the full team were kind about getting me my requested extras and understood well my Southern English drawl. The chips for the nachos were "the real ones" and were fresh and crisp. I am grateful to Taran for her kindness towards me.

  The room was listed as a 1 King Bed Studio Suite which was advertised with a walk-in shower. The room we were given was a 1 King Bed Studio Suite with a bathtub shower. The tub was extremely high up and difficult to climb in and out of. Additionally, the design of the tub allowed water to be sprayed everywhere from the shower head including on the floor outside of the shower which made it downright dangerous - 4/10. The hospitality of the staff was kind and polite - 10/10. The happy hour was delicious with free beer and snacks - 10/10. The parking situation is unacceptable. We had a vehicle parked in the lot for under 10 minutes while we were loading a vehicle and checked out. This resulted in a £35 fine. Based on this alone, I do not recommend this hotel - 2/10.

  Overall, this hotel was okay. Good location if you need to be near the airport. Staff at times was less than helpful and slightly rude. Breakfast was awful. Had to ask for a crib multiple times and ask for extra sheets for the sofa bed when the room reservation has 3 adults and 1 toddler on it. What left the worse taste in our mouth was we rented a car, unloaded it and they put us at the farthest room possible, didnt ask if we needed help with over 10 bags just watched us struggle and then we get a parking citation for taking too long when we were maybe parked 10 minutes (which we will be fighting). The rooms were dirty and needed some repairs. Overall, wouldnt reccomend.

  We are staying for 4 nights currently. It is a very clean hotel. Staff are exceptional. Breakfast is so fresh and delicious. Homemade fresh bread and pastries daily. Full English breakfast as well. Sandra Anil manages the breakfast area like a fine dining restaurant. She’s friendly and greets everyone with enthusiasm and a smile. Melisha at the reception desk is always ready to help and so professional. Always smiling. I hurt my foot and she gave me some gauze to wrap it. I didn’t have to hobble to a pharmacy to purchase some. She went the extra mile. The hotel is close to Heathrow but far from central London. Reasonable rates, just Uber or get a private car to travel to and from. Jo from Texas
