  Honestly one of the best hotels weve stayed in. How is this even an airport hotel?! We had a runway view room and wow, what a sight! Check in was so easy, every member of staff we came across was friendly snd helpful, the room was spacious and immaculate. Breakfast was varied and fresh. There are two food options in the evening, the sports bar and the pizza restaurant. We chose the sports bar. The food was delicious and kids eat free which is brilliant. The whole place is child friendly.there a vending machine if youve forgotten anything, even chargers, and theres a cash machine too. Definitely recommend

  We stayed next door in the apartments, but after a really nice fresh breakfast, my young son and I played the treasure hunt game organised for the kids by the two establishments and we got to see the Holiday Inn and meet some of the staff as well. The staff in both places were so welcoming and helpful. We were a bit confused where to go for our game and a lovely male staff(am sorry I did not catch his name) introduced us to his colleague, lovely Meme. Meme immediately made my shy son at ease and got him involved and interested in finding out more about the hotel and the airport and meet her colleagues. Meme couldn't be any nicer and accommodating. What an awesome asset she is to the business. We had a really lovely stay and enjoyed the treasure hunt too.

  Had a great stay with children, only stayed one night , straight forward check in, reception very helpful. Breakfast in morning was busy but food was very good and the service from the staff was excellent. Special mention to Meme Who was rushed off her feet but did it with a smile on her face, also Avron and katya who were great on food keeping everyone happy and fed. Best breakfast we had at a hotel for a long time and plenty of choices. We have shared a quite a few holiday inns but this is probably the best breakfast you will experience.

  Hotel lindíssimo e moderno! Quarto amplo e confortável. O pequeno-almoço é espectacular! Staff muito simpático e tivemos a sorte de conhecer 2 portugueses muito simpáticos. Contudo houve duas situações que não deveriam acontecer neste tipo de hotel, uma reserva que estava feita para 3 pessoas, chegamos de viagem tarde e a cama extra não estava feita e não havia toalha de banho para a 3.ª pessoa. Tive de pedir 3 vezes na receção para tratarem da cama, foi quase 1hora de espera com uma criança cheia de sono e nós cansados da viagem! Foi muito chato! Penso que deveriam ter-nos compensado pelo inconveniente, mesmo após a reclamação que fiz à responsável. Deram-nos umas bebidas e disseram que poderiam dar-nos pontos para a nossa conta cliente.

  Our family recently enjoyed a fantastic stay here, and I highly recommend this hotel to anyone traveling with children. From the moment we arrived, the reception team was incredibly welcoming and kind, setting a wonderful tone for our trip. Our family room was perfectly suited to our needs—spacious, comfortable, and maintained to an impeccable standard by the superb housekeeping team. A true highlight of our stay was the daily breakfast experience. The selection was wonderful, but what truly set it apart was our host, Meme, who consistently went out of her way to take outstanding care of us. Additionally, the on-site 'Hi Pizza' restaurant was a massive hit. They offer a great selection of delicious Italian dishes that our kids absolutely loved. Just a heads up, this hotel seems to be a popular hub for airline cabin crews, so there's always a lot of foot traffic and it stays quite busy. Overall, a wonderful five-star experience!
