  Stayed for 20 minutes in their parking to drop a very good friend coming from abroad I hadn't seen for ages who was spending the night there. The check-in took 15 minutes and then I helped him bring his luggage to his room. I have now received a £100 fine as I didn't register my vehicle - none of us saw any sign about that... Gave a phone call to the hotel to explain the situation but they are not interested, so definitely they seem happy to have their paying customers or people legitimately visiting them receiving excessive fines for ridiculous reasons. Hence I cannot recommend this hotel.

  Housed here by BA due to flight delays Efficient checkin. Standard double room. We had 2 meals included - dinner and breakfast. Staff were friendly and knowledgeable but the buffet was very poor. We weren't allowed to eat until after 8pm when the paying customers were finished. The only vegan option (after i asked) was asparagus risotto - no soup, no dessert. I then spied some salad - tomato, cucumber and bean salad. Staff also gave me a small bowl of melon However this morning at breakfast there was a choice of cereal, fruit, dairy free milk, beans, mushrooms and tomatoes. If you ate SAD there was plenty on offer. Lovely Priyanka was helpful and asked for feedback

  Buyer beware. We were totally ripped off with our room pricing. We booked through Expedia so the hotel would not make any accommodations. We paid 3 times the going rate and the hotel was unwilling to make any adjustments. Do not purchase the option which includes dinner. They provide a separate menu of items which are all extremely low cost, like pasta with tomato sauce, and poor quality. We were totally taken advantage of on pricing and our room was very poor as well. Paid over $400 Canadian a night and if I booked the room today, it would have been $92. We feel fleeced! 😠

  Tomamos este hotel por la cercanía al aeropuerto y solo esperaba uno mas con lo basico, pero... La ubicación muy buena, el ambiente en general del hotel excelente, música ambiental. La habitación, limpia y ordenada.. Durante la cena buena opciones, cerveza local, pizza, pasta, carne. Yo me fui por el Fish and Chips, buena porción y un vaso de cerveza... Por la mañana un muy buen desayuno. La atención muy amable de Daljeet, agradezco una sonrisa del personal... Sugerencia: Coloquen anuncios de donde estan las habitaciones. Uno se pierde... Lo vi como muchas personas se perdían. Saludos

  The reviews are true, this hotel and restaurant are excellent! It is usually worth checking reviews before booking and I’m glad I did for this place. From check in to check out, we were treated with top notch service. In the restaurant at breakfast, Daljeet is a gem. She took the time to explain what certain food items were and made sure our meal was excellent. She is very kind. The food and service at dinner is also terrific. The hotel itself is exceptionally clean and modern. And our view of Heathrow was awesome - well worth a few extra pounds for that view. Full marks!!
