  Kahvaltı son derece yetersizdi. Herhangi bir talebimiz olduğunda ise personelin isteksiz ve zoraki bir tavırla yardımcı olması, konaklama deneyimimizi olumsuz etkiledi. Bununla birlikte, otelin temizliği ve merkezi konumu önemli avantajlar. Bu özellikleri sayesinde tercih edilebilir; ancak kahvaltı kalitesi ve hizmet anlayışı konusunda kendini geliştirmesi gerekiyor.

  Good location to get into all the sights in London just tap your card on and off the train than bothering to sort out tickets so much cheaper that way, room was nice, the sofa beds got an uncomfortable mattress but the main bed was comfortable, good breakfast, good sized towels, water pressure good, no conditioner tho but shop in the garage next door should have some. Staff all lovely.

  Brilliant Budget Hotel I stayed here for four nights and it was perfect for my needs. Close to everything, clean and well equipped. My room was kept spotless, the shower was great and breakfast was included in the price. But, the best thing by far about the Wandsworth Holiday Inn Express is the staff. Everyone was welcoming and happy, and the most welcoming of all was Luke, who was on duty during breakfast. He went above and beyond to be helpful and cheerful, he went round and asked every guest if they were okay, and kept all the tables spotless. Luke is a fantastic ambassador for the Holiday Inn, and the world definitely needs more people like him in it. I hope he gets a pay rise soon, because he definitely deserves one for being such a positive influence on all of the guests. All in all, it’s a great hotel and I would definitely stay here again.

  The stay was not at the level I expect and IHG holiday inn to be. The breakfast was tiny and no fried egg options just that yellow mush (scrambled eggs) that i hate. The location was great and staff were friendly for the most part. The rooms were a little small but had all the amenities I needed for work travel for a couple days.

  Hotel was clean and tidy as was our room. We arrived mid morning, hoping to store our case but very pleased to find out that we were allowed to check in as a room was ready. The location was good and only a short train ride to Kew Gardens which we intended to visit. The stay included breakfast, which was far better than expected and had many options of hot and cold food. The staff were all very friendly and efficient. Luke who worked in the breakfast restaurant was excellent. Hardworking and friendly on the three mornings that we were there.
