  Sono stata ospite la scorsa settimana insieme alla mia famiglia e non posso che dire bene. Le stanze sono piccoline ma veramente pulite, pur avendo la moquette non ho trovato polvere né peli neanche sotto ai letti. Le prese elettriche sono perfette, i bagni nuovi e puliti. Anche la biancheria letto é semplice ma ben curata. La colazione continentale ottima, semplice ma fresca ogni giorno. Lo staff é molto attento alla pulizia della zona colazione e ristorante. Non metto 5 stelle alle camere perché purtroppo non c'erano i climatizzatori in funzione, ma ero consapevole prima di arrivare.

  Jacob and Celio were lovely upon arrival, giving us two free drinks to compensate for the broken sofa bed in our room. Our room was spotless and the service is amazing! Both Jacob and Celio are very good at engaging guests in conversation while they order at the bar/check into the hotel. I couldn’t sing their praises enough!

  The food was horrible and stale. I ordered chicken burger and fries, which was dry looked like it was re cooked and worst taste I ever had in any holiday inn hotel . The £1 burger across the road in Mc Donald’s would be more fresh and taster as compared to one served in the hotel.

  ​⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent value and incredibly convenient location! ​I had a fantastic stay here. The biggest selling point is definitely the location—it’s just a 4-minute walk to Wandsworth Town Station, making it incredibly easy to get into central London. The hotel sits right near the Thames, which makes for a lovely morning stroll. ​The rooms are modern, spotlessly clean, and equipped with a great power shower and comfortable beds. A huge bonus is the complimentary hot breakfast buffet included in the stay, which had a solid selection to get the day started. The staff at the front desk were welcoming and helpful throughout. For a reliable, budget-friendly stay in London, you can't beat it. Will definitely stay here again!

  NOTICE TO ANYONE WHO WANTS TO BOOK A STAY IN THIS HOTEL.AS WE EXPERIENCE THE SLEEPLESS NIGHT I JUST WANT TO ADVISE ANYONE NOT TO EXPERIENCE WHAT WE EXPERIENCE THIER AIRCONDITIONING IS NOT WORKING AT ALL.WE EXPECTED TO HAVE A GOOD SLEEP AFTER WE EXPLORED LONDON, YOU OR US NEED TO HAVE A GOOD NIGHT SLEEP BUT OPPOSITE OF WHAT YOU EXPECTED, CAN YOU IMAGINE IN THE MIDDLE OF HEAT WAVE GO BACK TO THE HOTEL WITHOUT THE AIRCONDITIONG IN THE ROOM?THEY PROVIDE US A FAN FAIR ENOUGH BUT THE FAN STILL BLOWER WARN AIR.MY TWO KIDS ARE COMPLAINING THAT THEY CAN SLEEP BECAUSE IS TO HOT OR VERY WARN IN OUR ROOM I TRIED TO OPEN OUR WINDOW BUT YOU CAN'T EVEN SLEEP BECAUSE OF THE LOUD NOISE OF THE CAR PASSING BY.BY FAR THIS IS OUR WORST EVER STAY IN OUR EXPERIENCE.IF THEY MENTION BEFORE WE BOOK OUR STAY IN THE SITE THAT THIER AIRCONDITIONING IS NOT WORKING AT ALL WE SHOULD BOOK ANOTHER HOTEL THAT HAVE AIRCONDITIONING SO WE DONT EXPERIENCE A SLEEPLESS NIGHT AT ALL.SHAME!!!!!!!!BEFORE WE CHECK OUT THERE'S ALSO COUPLE CHECKING OUT SO I'VE ASK THEM HOW'S THIER NIGHT THEY ANSWERED ME THEY CANT SLEEP TO HOT.NEVER EVER GOING BACK OR ANY OF THE HOLIDAY INN HOTEL BOOK OUR STAY AGAIN NEVER.
