- JWJared White1 day ago4.0Room was lovely and exactly what you need for a quick stay. Location is okay, light outside some of the windows but it’s okay. Nice temp in rooms, gutted I couldn’t open the windows. Staff were a bit rude when I told them my age on arrival to get into my room but I suppose it’s fine

We had to switch rooms because the shower wasn’t working, I especially want to mention a blonde woman who was working on Friday morning during breakfast when my boyfriend and I came down to eat. She was so kind, welcoming, and genuinely sweet. She really made us feel comfortable and definitely deserves recognition for her excellent customer service.even the lady in the kitchen was sweet and served us well

Slightly dodgy hair dryer but can live with that. Really quiet location with every type of restaurant nearby, the town is lovely, quite quaint really, and nice to stay somewhere like this when you're tubing into the city. The staff here are great, so friendly, Laxmi, Adam and Wendy thank you. Couldn't do enough for us and made us feel really welcome, anything we needed we just had to ask or look confused and Wendy was there.

Later in the day we spoke to both Adam and Kirtus who gave us advice on trains etc. Next morning they both asked how our night had gone, they didn’t forget that we were going to a concert at Wembley, they are a massive asset to Premier Inn Uxbridge. Our room was lovely and clean, beds as always very comfortable, breakfast really good. Well done the whole team at Uxbridge. Best wishes Julie & Karen
