  Very easy to get to, about 15 min walk from underground. We stayed here for the weekend to go to a concert at Emirates stadium. Staff were friendly, helpful and room was clean and well kept.

  The first roomnwe had was mouldy so we had to move. The second room was ok but the chair in there was so stained and gross. Needed a deep clean. The bed comfy as always with premier inns. Parking good and location easy. The hallways did smell rather gross upstairs though on the walk to our room. Im honesty a little like vomit. The staff at the desk was very lovely but not often around.

  Stay 3 nights Dryer broken, the power outage when using the kettle and about my missing belongings in the room. The short, curly-haired staff member had no service mind at all. And he was completely unhelpful irritating attitude. The house keeper accidentally took my stuff on the bed when they bedding maybe wrapped everything inside the hotel blanket. What the hotel to check the personality and attitude of the men front desk staff who work on night shift.

  I stay here for work and I hate it. They have a huge eating area but they always seat me in a cramped area. I can literally extend my right and left arms and touch two other single guy’s shoulders. I get that it must be easier for the servers, but even if they just asked me where to sit it would make the experience much better.
