  Just a short night stay before travelling to chessington world of adventures tomorrow. Kindly fit us in for a table at 7.30 as we had a little one! Danielle was very friendly and efficient, seemed like she was running the restaurant and reception alongside each other, managing everything excellently and still keeping a smile on her face! She was very helpful and informative with any questions we had! The other restaurant staff were also great and friendly! We did the 2-course dinner and breakfast deal which is very worth it! And the food was lovely too! No complaints at all! Would definitely stay here again.

  Stayed here a couple of nights earlier this month and had a seemingly good experience as the room was nice, staff were lovely and answered my queries on check in, one even offered me free parking to which I gave them my reg number and she confirmed the make and model and said I didn't have to worry about paying as she sorted it for me for free (confirmed this twice to make sure). Only two weeks later l've been sent a £100 fine which is very upsetting. I tried to raise this with premier inn customer services but they were no help unfortunately and I have 0 proof to dispute the charge with Horizon Parking. Moments like these really make me question people’s kindness which is unfortunate, at the very least please let your staff know to not offer this because people are being fined as a result and it’s not right and it ruined an otherwise good stay.

  I had a wonderful experience at Tolworth Premier Inn, thanks especially to Danielle. She gave us such a warm and friendly welcome and was incredibly helpful throughout our stay. She provided us with useful, up-to-date information about the local area and transportation, which made getting around so much easier. Danielle was professional, welcoming, and genuinely helpful. Her excellent customer service made a great impression and really added to our stay. Thank you, Danielle, for making us feel so welcome!

  My requirements are for place to be clean, comfortable & this PI delivered that in spades. All staff I interacted with were respectful, friendly & welcoming. My main interaction was with Viviana in the restaurant. She is charming & efficient. Food wise the menu had good variety & what I ordered was tasty & well presented. Thank you to the folks in the kitchen.

  Very professional and amazing experience. I arrived late suffering from allergies and they did change my room and offered additional support. Amazing staff and great experience overall I was able to pause taking my allergy medication and sleep well. Thanks for the exceptional service! Would definitely stay again.
