  I had a really pleasant stay at Premier Inn London Tolworth. The hotel was in a very convenient location, especially for Tolworth Station, and it made travelling around really easy. My room was clean, comfortable, and quiet, which made it easy to relax after a long day. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay, and everything felt smooth and well organised. Overall, it was a great value stay, and I’d happily come back again.

  We had a wonderful stay at the Tolworth Premier Inn. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, making our stay very relaxing. The location was convenient, and the overall service exceeded our expectations. A special thank you to Mani, who took exceptional care of us throughout our stay. He was incredibly friendly, professional, and always willing to help with a smile. His attention to detail and genuine hospitality made us feel truly welcome and valued. Staff like Mani make a real difference and are a great asset to the hotel. We really appreciate the excellent service and would happily stay here again. Highly recommended!

  Had a lovely stay as i was there for 6 nights for business the team were lovely but two standouts were Sarah and Danielle very welcoming attentive and show great hospitality skills to the extent i had to make a review Will be back again

  Slayed at premier inn tolworth last weekend to staff was friendly and the breakfast chef could be more helpful the good was excellent I would return and tell family and friend to service was good and I didn't have to wait for anythink

  The breakfast was good. But they’re short-staffed. The room only looked clean at first glance. Our room had no wardrobe, no telephone, no safe, no minibar – just a coat rack and a TV. The windows don’t open. The air conditioning is fine and reasonably quiet. You should make sure you have the QR code for check-in; if the lobby is unstaffed, you’ll have to use the machine. It’s in an industrial area, but there’s a park just five minutes away. On the way back, we had a room for one night. It had a bathtub, but the shower head couldn't be removed, so you had to take a bath. The towels smelled musty – every single one!
