  Amazing service from the staff, particularly the young guy with glasses in the Restaurant who was warm, welcoming, friendly, professional & efficient. He should be promoted as he’s a great Ambassador for the brand. Premier Inn HQ should improve the signage as, although it’s very conveniently situated a stone’s throw from Southgate Station, it’s down a side road opposite Richer Sounds which isn’t signposted at all.

  I had a really great experience. "Anjith" was very friendly, helpful and professional. He explained everything clearly to us, especially the breakfast and dinner options. I have stayed at other Premier Inn hotels before, but nobody explained things to us as well as Anjith did. He is doing an amazing job and really made our experience better.

  Although the windows in this hotel do not open and there is an unpleasant smell in the corridors, I want to leave a positive review because of the staff. Everyone we spoke to during our stay was warm, attentive and genuinely helpful. Their hospitality made us feel welcome throughout our visit. I also recommend the meal deal, which includes dinner and breakfast for around £27. The food was tasty and the service was quick. The hotel has its shortcomings, but the people working here made a real difference to our stay. With sincere thanks to them, I give the service five stars.

  I would like to give a special mention to Anjith for his excellent work during both breakfast and dinner service. He is always friendly, approachable, and has a welcoming smile, which makes guests feel comfortable and valued. He keeps the restaurant clean and well organised and consistently provides a high standard of service. His positive attitude and professional approach are exactly what guests and the hotel need. I’m very happy and glad to see him working both mornings and evenings. He is doing a great job, and his hard work and dedication are truly appreciated. Keep up the great work!

  Outstanding service at Premier Inn Southgate. I have visited several times to collect Too Good To Go orders, and the team have always made me feel extremely welcome. Chef Laslo prepares a delicious breakfast and is very friendly. Laylee is always kind and helpful, and she even helped me register my car to avoid a parking ticket. Anjith guided me through the collection process, provided boxes and showed me clearly how to collect the food. Laslo, Laylee and Anjith went beyond what I expected and made the whole experience easy and enjoyable. They are a credit to Premier Inn. I highly recommend this branch and look forward to visiting again!
