The whole team are approachable and welcoming, and nothing ever feels like too much trouble. I’d particularly like to mention Evelyn, who has gone out of her way to help me on several occasions, including with practical things such as printing documents and other requests during my stays. She is always friendly, efficient and willing to help. A consistently positive experience and a lovely team. The excellent service from Evelyn and the rest of the staff is one of the main reasons I’m always happy to stay here again.

The bathroom and floor were extremely dirty and poorly maintained. Our family room had no proper window or fresh air, which made the room feel uncomfortable and unpleasant. The bathtub was very old, dirty, and had a bad smell. What was shown in the pictures was completely different from the reality. We booked a family room expecting a reasonable standard, but the actual condition was extremely disappointing. For the price and reputation of Premier Inn, this level of cleanliness and maintenance is simply unacceptable. Very disappointing experience. Never expected from Premier Inn.
