- OOOliverSep 30, 20265.0Stayed here for two nights on business. Staff were really friendly on all three days. Upgraded me to a Premier Plus room for which I was grateful. Room was clean and well presented. Nearest car park was Q-Park but this was pricey at £16.50/24h.
- WMWilliam McKechnieSep 27, 20265.0No complaints
- CRc ravigeSep 17, 20263.0Online it says half price parking on another site behind the hotel. On arrival I am told £16 for parking over night. I asked to be transferred to a nearby premier inn & was told no. No supervisor no manager on site just 1 teenage girl.
- RGRyan GilroySep 15, 20263.0Room was standard and as you would expect from a premier inn however the food from the restaurant most nights was poor, raw chicken and rock hard chips! Breakfast was okay though, staff were friendly but only ever seemed to be one person working at a time
- AAAmiSep 9, 20265.0I had to stay here unexpectedly after my flight was cancelled and I couldn’t find a hotel late at night. I arrived at the hotel at the very last minute, completely exhausted, and everyone was incredibly kind and welcoming. Their kindness really comforted me and gave me so much peace after such a stressful night. The room was clean, comfortable, and exactly what I needed. I had a really good rest and felt so much better the next morning. A special thank you to Miyuki and Vale,a who was especially kind and caring. I was so tired and stressed that night, and her warmth really meant a lot to me. I’m truly grateful to everyone at the hotel for taking such good care of me. Thank you soooooo much! ❤️
