Usual Premier Inn rooms: good, comfortable, USB and power sockets at the bedside (something you don’t always get at a Travelodge or Ibis or Sheraton) and the breakfast was okay. Plumbing and a/c are a bit noisy but I’m sure that’s not unique to this property. Handy for the Elizabeth Line etc and there are loads of shops and pubs nearby for food and drink. Great value. Not a great view from back-facing room but it’s Romford not Venice and I’m sure most guests don’t care (I didn’t!)

- DSDee SantanaMay 31, 20261.0Booked 5 nights stay at this hotel, the receptionist male complimenting my partner a lot on check in, did not think nothing about it. at 4am got woken up to him banging on my hotel room door by the same man asking to come in to the room because he thought there was more then 2 people in the room, very creepy. we could not get back to sleep after this as me and partner have problems with our sleep. had to relocate hotel as partner did not feel comfortable staying at this hotel. was furious as wasted 4 night stay because of this.
