- OCOUDKINGS CHANNELJun 20, 20265.0Stayed here for the week whiles on business and it was the best decision i made. i love me a good breakfast and the thyme resturant did not disappoint. The Cook Dee was exceptional, great customer service and hot food cooked and layed out regularly. Emough cooked food thst its remains fresh and you're not waiting all morning for a meal and not too much so its not sitting out too long. She would regularly refill the trays as needed. Ive stsyed at others where you are kept waiting and sometimes refused service. I think other premier inn resturant need to adopt this method. Location is a nice touch too. Bang in the middle of orpington, everything u need, shops, cinema, dominos and many other take aways. Rooms are huge too with a massive king size bed. 5 out of 5 and would defo be staying again.

The Czech host (sorry I never get your name) is the reason I keep choosing this Premier Inn. Unbelievably warm, kind and caring - an asset to the hotel!

Sobia Chaudry the duty manager went out of her way to help us in a few matters. The housekeeping staff in the day was so accommodating and super super nice. I will say this is a very well managed hotel. The location is amazing! 20 steps away from the bus stop that takes you straight to Orpington train station. One major point for me. The rooms are made keeping in mind someone who has to blow dry their hair and do their make up. Which a lot of hotels miss. The vanity mirror connected to a good useable hairdryer. There was ample space to get ready. Space to open your suitcases! The couch was so comfy as well as we had two rooms and the kids would join us to recap the day. A shout out to Premier Inn Orpington! Please keep it up. We will be back.
