Booked a room for one night as we had a funeral to go to. Comfortable room as with all Premier Inns. Food (evening meal and breakfast) was excellent. Sonila on reception was so welcoming and helpful and working several different jobs as they were short staffed. She was also dealing with an extremely rude and difficult couple but kept her cool. Busy location on the junction with the North Circular Road but we were not kept awake with traffic noise even though our room was roadside, there are extra sliding glass windows over the double glazing.

Great location and very professional team, special thanks to Sonila and Karen, I had a great 2 days stay and will definitely be returning. The location is perfect near Arnos Grove tube station.

I've stayed at many Premier Inns over the years and have generally had excellent experiences, which made this visit so disappointing.
We paid for early check-in, but it took over an hour before I was finally given a suitable room.
The hotel was clearly understaffed from the moment we arrived. The receptionist explained she was covering multiple roles until the manager arrived, and once he did, he was immediately trying to deal with a growing queue of guests and housekeeping issues.
Unfortunately, I was first allocated a room that hadn't been cleaned and smelled strongly of drugs. After returning to reception with all my luggage, I was then given a second room, only to discover it had been specially prepared for another couple(Photo). I then had to return to reception yet again before finally being allocated a clean room.
What should have been a simple check-in became a very frustrating experience involving three room allocations and multiple trips around a hot hotel where the air conditioning didn't seem to be working effectively.
I want to make it clear that the staff on duty were not the problem. Mantus, the manager and a member of the restaurant team (who even came to help while still in her chef's whites) were all friendly, apologetic and doing everything they could in what was clearly an understaffed hotel.
The breakfast the following morning was excellent – one of the best Premier Inn breakfasts I've had – with fresh, high-quality food and plenty of choice.
Unfortunately, my night's sleep was also affected as the curtain in my corner room (511) didn't fully block the early morning sunlight, waking me around 6am before a four-hour drive home.
To make matters worse, after submitting a formal complaint I had to chase Premier Inn for over two weeks, send follow-up emails and spend almost an hour on the phone before receiving a response.
The eventual outcome was a £15 refund for the failed early check-in, despite the wider issues experienced throughout the stay.
This review isn't intended to criticise the hardworking staff, who deserved far more support than they appeared to have. It's a reflection of a hotel that, on this occasion, was simply not operating to the standard I've come to expect from Premier Inn.

Small quiet place. Enjoyed my time there. Staff ,very nice and willing to help. I have a disability ,but I didn't feel treated any different from everybody else . I felt respected and well looked after.
Reasonable food. Bar opened untill very late! 😍
