AWESOME... unmatched Where to start, after visiting approx 30 to 40 premier inn venues across the country this is undoubtedly miles ahead in every aspect, the staff..... well, they all need a pay rise, and when I say staff I could possibly say family because this is how they act, nothing is too much for these lovely people, valmiki the catering God is the most amazing human, he was so accommodating from anything from a glass of water or milk for my young daughter to evening meal reservations where the food was so well priced and amazing in quality Krish and the reception staff were equally fantastic, there isn't anything this lovely group won't do for, making us aware of offers, local parks etc, when we left for our holiday to albania we also had a room booked on our return, even after possibly seeing 1000s of other guests in our absence upon our rearrival we were greeted by name, like royalty even remembering what we drank, where we went, asking us about our vacation We will go out of our way to return

Sadly this hotel is now in need of a major refurbishment, beyond what they charge for a premier plus room. They can’t charge what they do now for a basic room as they are beyond poor quality. No doubt any room they do refurbish, they’ll sell as a plus room and price. Bathroom is disgusting, broken features. Mold. Dirty and quite unsafe. The walls in the room are battered, the paint peeling. Time for some investment Premier Inn

Disappointing stay. Check-in was brusque and we were issued a single key card for three guests. The room had only two towels, visible mould in the bathroom, and dirty carpets. The location is about a mile from the terminal but there's no practical walking route, so you're looking at a costly ride or a local bus. The overall impression was that neither service nor cleanliness was a priority — it felt closer to a hostel than a hotel.

I stayed at the Premiere Inn T5 before an early flight. The room was okay, nothing special. But the big let down was the cleanliness and functionality of the bathroom. After my meal and before my bedtime I had a shower. Lots of black gunk came up from the plughole and the shower itself spayed everywhere except me. I cut the shower short and went to bed. After my holiday I called customer service to complain, but because I hadn't complained at the time it was considered invalid. I mention my early morning flight and that I was naked and unpacked, but it didn't make any difference. Apparently my complaint was going to be forwarded to the hotel and they would get in touch. I haven't heard from them. My advice, check the bathroom facilities before unpacking.

The Premier Inn on Bath Road is a great budget hotel for guests travelling to or from Heathrow Terminal 5. It's in a very convenient location, and the prices of the rooms are very affordable. I checked in for one night before my flight at Heathrow T5. Getting to or from the airport can be done through either the Hotel Hoppa, which costs around £7 for a single or £13 return (as of August 2026) or you can get the local bus which costs £1.70 single. Though be aware that with the bus, space is very limited. If you have a lot of large luggage, you need to hope that there is space on the bus. Meanwhile with the Hotel Hoppa, there are racks for luggage specifically. The Premier Inn has front desks to check in, but also has self check-in machines. When I visited, I was guided to one of the machines by the staff, which made checking in fast and convenient. At check out, staff will take the key at the desks, but there was also a box that you could drop your key for a quick check-out. There's a Costa by the reception, and a bar/restaurant called Thistle. I didn't go into the Costa, but I did order a pint of Neck Oil in the pub for £8, which I found to be quite pricey. There were also vending machines near the lifts for essentials like snacks, toiletries, and travel items. I stayed in the Premier Plus room with a view, which I loved. The room had plenty of space, the bathroom was modern, there were clear instructions on how to use the coffee machine, and the furniture was very comfortable... Especially the bed, which Premier Inn is famous for. I had a great view of the runway from across the road, where I could watch planes land morning, noon, and night. Despite it's proximity, I couldn't really hear any planes in my room. The TV was very standard; so no streaming services, but lots of love TV channels to choose from. At one point, I did have an issue with my TV, but an engineer was able to sort it out very quickly. There's a few places you can visit in the local area, including a McDonalds and a petrol station next door. If you're willing to walk 5-10 minutes, there are corner shops, pubs, and restaurants. Overall, I had a great experience at the Premier Inn T5 Hotel, and I'd definitely recommend it and stay here again.
