Staff were okay but very few which meant the ones they had were covering literally every department. We paid extra for check in to be given what they said was the only room in the hotel left, this room was a disabled room. Then on retiring after a very busy day we found that the bedding was damp so we ended sleeping on towels. Also the tv and WiFi kept dropping out and off. Not somewhere I will revisit

Stay here often, and always pleasant due to helpful staff. Extra special today as Deepti was over from T4. She’s very attentive and puts a smile on everyone’s face. Thank you!

We had a family emergency on vacation, flights had to be rescheduled and though the hotel was “full” according to website AND corporate call center, they found us two double rooms for the extra nights. Ate dinner most nights and James was our server, what a great guy, her took our minds off our predicament and even some good belly laughs. Ask him to do a magic trick for you!

My brother and I stayed for one night, and we both thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The service was excellent and the food (dinner and breakfast) was fresh, tasty and plentiful. The Nepalese gentleman and the Indian lady who worked in the restaurant on Monday evening and then Tuesday morning provided very friendly service. Thank you.

This is one of the more modern premier inna that I've stayed in recently and it is large and feels like a more modern hotel than a lot of the other ones. I was actually checked into the wrong room when I had a Premier Plus room. The only reason I got premiere plus room normally is because it comes with Wi-Fi and I was there for work. The TVs in premier plus rooms are absolutely shocking so if you are going to be there for a little bit longer than just to catch you a fly do not bother. They are better in the normal rooms. There's a nice outdoor section which is a nice touch. The food was fine. Standard Premier Inn stuff. The stuff overall were really good however, I was checked into the wrong room which was a bit of a pain as I had to move hours after checking in and it was only noticed cuz I asked where the premier coffee machine was that once this was raised it was easy enough. My main gripe was that when checking out as I didn't use the meal deal on the second night, the reason I was given that it would be difficult to confirm that was because the member of Staff would had to talk to the restaurant. For me when you're traveling for business, this is an optional add-on and therefore having to go and have a quick word with the restaurant about whether that's been used or not is not excusable as a reason to just bill for something that's not been used. I didn't have time to deal with this on checkout so just raised it with the travel company but this was just kind of poor in my view. Views of the planes taken off were great but if you are not staying at the airport to get a flight, it is a right pain to get about from which I have not downrated at the hotel for as it is a hotel Airport Hotel but at busy times, if you're traveling for business, Heathrow can be one of the cheaper places to stay so I would not recommend it for anything other than going through the airport if you're going to need to leave via public transport. If you are flying then it is great. But there are other Premier inns actually on the airport where is this is on Bath Road
