  Smallish rooms, but with everything you need for a short stay, at not much difference to the budget brands Friendly and helpful staff. A decent breakfast and free bag storage, then only 5 minutes walk to the Tube and a few stops to Kings Cross, so convenient for an overnight in London.

  Good location. Staff polite. Comfortable bed. But… paid for a premium queen, given an accessible room which understandably is geared to people in wheelchairs. Not easy for an able person to shower comfortable due to the adaptations in the shower and bathroom and little usable space for items in bedroom due to need for space. We would not have chosen this hotel if we had been told before. Not acceptable to give you no choice and they were unable to move us. So check first.

  We had a warm welcome from Rakesh and the rest of the team. Although our room was right by the lift the hotel was extremely quiet and we didn’t hear any noise from the corridor. Well placed for access to Edgware Road tube station or Oxford Street. We walked from Paddington station to hotel. We would stay again.

  I can say that the staff were super friendly when I arrived, and you can't beat the location being so close to the Underground. The shower gets really hot and has great pressure, which is always a win in my book. However, the room was in need of a paint job, as there were chips and marks on the walls. The mattress felt lumpy and wasn't particularly comfortable, and the "window" room had the brilliant view of a wall. There was also no hairdryer, at least in my room. I'm not quite sure how to describe it but the hallway had an odd smell, almost as if someone had been smoking or something similar.

  I stayed for 4 nights at voco Marylebone and overall had a pleasant experience. The hospitality was genuinely outstanding — reception staff were consistently welcoming and warm throughout our stay, which made a real difference. Regarding the room, we encountered an AC issue that left us without air conditioning for one night during a heatwave. However, the team handled it impressively — they brought a fan immediately and relocated us to a new room the following day as promised. Full marks for how they managed the situation. The rooms are compact, as expected in central London, with limited space for large luggage — though this seems standard across most London hotels at this price point. Everything was spotlessly clean. Breakfast was on the basic side with a fixed menu that didn’t change across the days — a bit more variety would have elevated the experience. Overall a clean, well-located hotel with a genuinely caring and responsive team. Would recommend.
