  Hotel is average, but my review is triggered by one specific accident: I was robbed there. A member of the housekeeping team entered my room with a “Do not disturb” sign on the door, didn’t clean anything and my watch disappeared. The hotel staff appeared supportive in the beginning but ended up just ghosting me, together with their insurance provider. I don’t recommend this hotel anyone who values their belongings or doesn’t like trespassing. Even putting the watch aside, breaking into a room with a DND sign is a breach of conduct and unacceptable from the staff.

  This is my second year staying at the welbeck it’s my family’s favorite place to come back to stay at. Fantastic location with convenient tube access and local shops. The best part of it for us has to be the amazing employees who are incredibly accommodating, helpful and kind. Thank you so much to Sanjeewa, Youssef and Virgil for all their help and they are all amazing. If you are looking for a nice friendly hotel for you and your family to stay at The Welbeck is your destination

  Not what i would expect for a 4 star hotel. Late night staff overworked and complained. Room very expensive and dark, few amenities except for good location. Front desk staff member was very good but overall a sad letdown for a 4 star. More like a 3 star in a good location, that is what you are paying for. Bathroom fan super loud and cant shut it off.

  I would strongly advise caution when dealing with this business. Based on my experience, they appear to encourage customers to leave five-star ratings and positive reviews in exchange for financial incentives. This raises serious concerns about the authenticity and reliability of the reviews associated with the business. Businesses should earn positive feedback through the quality of their products and services, rather than incentivising customers to provide favourable reviews. I believe potential customers should be aware of this practice before making a decision.

  Beautiful hotel, I have stayed there since it was a Holiday Inn, and after the renovation it is very nice and updated. But it is not worth the price of 1500 ILS a night, which is around 372 GBP. The room was not very large, fairly standard actually. Not a great deal for being near Oxford, which in my opinion is not one of the nicer areas of London, there are much better ones. The front desk staff were excellent, kind and calm. Good hotel overall but not for this price.
