  Hotel muy bien ubicado con todos los servicios, restaurantes y tiendas cerca.Habitaciones muy comodas y limpias. Es ideal para estar en un sitio tranquilo para descansar en las noches.Tiene un bar que por las noches te puedes tomar algo en plan tranquilo si no te apetece salir. Todo el personal de la recepción es muy amable, los del restaurante en los desayunos son excepcionales. Gracias, Damia y Anna, siempre amables y profesionales. Me hacen sentirme en casa. Ideal para viajes de negocio o si buscas un sitio tranquilo

  The location and redecoration of this hotel is not too bad. However our stay here was tainted by the lack of care when it comes to service. The bedrooms are not serviced to a standard that is expected in hotels of this price. We paid almost £1400 for a 3 night stay (including the breakfast). However, the moment we arrived, I noticed some fake eyelashes stuck to some of the bedding. The hotel staff did offer to changed our sheets, but the trust given that the room was well cleaned ahead of our stay was gone. The next day we had breakfast and ordered part of their options. The bread in the avocado toast was stale and wasn’t possible to cut it with a knife. The smoked salmon tasted off. This time we let it pass and had things from their buffet style menu instead. The day after however, I was served bread that was mouldy. I understand that mistakes can happen but given our previous experience it was obvious that the kitchen staff isn’t properly trained. It’s just a hotel you’d say, but at the price tag that breakfast is being offered at, you can have a nice fresh breakfast out and pay the same price. After this issue, the hotel manager refunded us for the breakfast and gave us a 15% discount on our stay. It was enough to show that they do try to make restitutions for the bad service. We also received to vouchers for a beer, wine or a soft drink from the bar. However, it wasn’t enough for me to trust them again or to recommend them to anyone. I think this hotel needs better training of the service staff. Cleaners that care enough to replace used cups and glasses, and replace used toiletries. A breakfast that might be simpler but fresher and perhaps reflect the cost of the hotel with the quality of service. I will not stay again. It might have been better to stay as a holiday inn. At least you know what you’re paying for.

  We returned yesterday after a two-night stay at the Welbeck Hotel, and what an incredible experience we had! From the moment we arrived, the staff were so welcoming and friendly, making us feel at home straight away. Our room was beautiful, with lovely décor and thoughtful touches such as a complimentary minibar, hairdryer, and everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The bathroom was stunning, and the shower was honestly one of the best I've ever experienced in a hotel! We also paid for the inclusive breakfast, which included a choice of a cooked breakfast from the menu as well as access to the buffet. I would definitely recommend it as it was well worth paying the little extra, and the quality of the food was excellent. We stayed here while I was attending the Harry Styles concert at Wembley, and the location was perfect. It's within easy reach of Bond Street Tube station, and the staff were more than happy to help with directions. When we returned late after the concert, the team were just as welcoming, and having the doormen there made us feel safe arriving back at the hotel. The hotel was spotless throughout, and even the lobby smelled amazing! I honestly couldn't fault our stay and would highly recommend the Welbeck Hotel to anyone looking for a stylish, comfortable hotel with exceptional staff in a fantastic location. We would happily stay here again.

  Had a wonderful stay here! Was wary because it’s new but honestly it was one of the best hotel stays I’ve had. Room is really gorgeous with high ceilings and the bathroom had motion lights. Breakfast was really good, fresh pastries and coffee and vegetarian dishes were great, and Kindi and Pugh were really nice and attentive. Staff was really wonderful, helpful and professional across the board. Had an issue with the tea kettle in my room and Saana replaced it and offered to make me another cup. Really lovely! Would recommend - it’s close to Bond Street so good if you’re coming from Heathrow but also not too far from Oxford Circus and other central tube hubs. Very quiet located near some good shops and restaurants. Hotel lent out umbrellas during the rain :) Overall would recommend highly.

  Notre séjour au Welbeck s’est très bien déroulé du début à la fin. Nous avons été chaleureusement accueillis par l’ensemble du personnel, toujours souriant et disponible. Avant notre arrivée, j’avais demandé une chambre au calme. Malheureusement, la chambre qui nous a été attribuée initialement ne correspondait pas à cette demande : il s’agissait d’une chambre communicante située à proximité du drapeau de l’hôtel. Avec le vent, le mât claquait régulièrement et nous entendions également beaucoup de bruit provenant de la chambre voisine. Nous sommes donc retournés à la réception et avons montré les échanges de mails concernant notre demande. La personne qui nous a reçus a été extrêmement gentille et compréhensive. Elle a immédiatement trouvé une solution et nous a changé de chambre. Nous avons alors obtenu la chambre n°185, et grâce à ce changement, notre séjour a été parfait. La chambre était spacieuse, très propre et surtout très calme, ce qui est particulièrement appréciable à Londres. Nous avons ainsi pu profiter pleinement de notre séjour. Le petit-déjeuner était également excellent, avec un large choix de produits de qualité. En résumé, nous avons passé un excellent séjour et reviendrons sans aucune hésitation dans cet hôtel. Nous espérons même pouvoir séjourner de nouveau dans la chambre 185 lors de notre prochaine visite.
