  Very nice experience! My and my boyfriend went there to literally escape the heatwave as per it was impossible to stay at home. The room was perfect and the A/c even more, the bed super big and comfortable gave me the feeling of sleeping on a cloud (even though I never been on a cloud) it was super comfortable and soft and fresh. Bathroom super clean and overall the room very pleasing. Breakfast was also very nice! Continental breakfast, Got everything, from savory to sweet and a la carte to complete the experience. Staff was looking after us all the time. It felt so good! Thank you The May Fair team!

  From the moment we arrived at The Mayfair, we knew we were in for a special stay—but nothing could have prepared us for what happened next. We were incredibly surprised to be upgraded to the breathtaking Schiaparelli Suite, and all we can say is… wow. It is, without question, the most spectacular hotel suite we’ve ever stepped foot in. Every detail is pure luxury, from the beautiful design to the impeccable finish. It’s the kind of place you dream about staying in, and honestly, something we never imagined we’d have the chance to experience. The biggest thank you has to go to Prerna, whose kindness, professionalism, and generosity made this unforgettable experience possible. She made us feel genuinely valued and turned what was already a special occasion into a memory we’ll treasure forever. The Mayfair has delivered a level of hospitality that is second to none. Exceptional service, stunning surroundings, and an experience we’ll never forget. We can’t recommend this hotel highly enough and will be talking about this stay for years to come. Thank you, Prerna, and thank you to everyone at The Mayfair for making us feel so incredibly special.

Its location is perfect—right in the heart of Mayfair and close to everything—while the level of service, attention to detail, and genuine care from the staff make the experience feel very special. From the moment you arrive, you feel well looked after. The team is professional, welcoming, and always ready to help, which makes the stay smooth and enjoyable. I would highly recommend The May Fair to anyone looking for a luxurious, central, and well-managed hotel in London. It will definitely be my first choice whenever I visit London again.

  I had a wonderful stay at the Mayfair Hotel. A special mention to Lucia at reception, who was an absolute pleasure from start to finish. She embodies true hospitality – warm, welcoming, professional, and always happy to help. We did experience a small issue with our room service breakfast, but it was handled promptly and didn't take away from what was otherwise a fantastic experience. The hotel itself was beautiful, comfortable, and the service throughout our stay was excellent. We would happily return and highly recommend the Mayfair Hotel to anyone looking for a memorable stay.

  The best hotel in London! I have stayed here many times and i keep coming back. I have recommended this hotel to friends and family and they all say the same thing , such a amazing experience. The location is perfect, tube station near by. Piccadilly, Regent street and oxford street all on walking distance. The breakfast at Mayfair is on to, great variety and it isn’t excessive so it feel good to not waste food. Everything was fresh and delicious. The rooms are clean, the bathroom is updated and what makes this whole experience perfect is the best staff. I had the pleasure of meeting Prerna in the fromt desk, she was accommodating, helpful and such a warm welcoming attitude. I also met Angel and Jayraj , both have the best vibes, wich makes the stay feel comfortable and welcoming. Beautiful people!
