  We had a great stay at the May Fair, the staff were super friendly and could not do enough for us, the room was just what we needed for our 18 year old granddaughter who was experiencing London for the first time. A special thank you to Iring from reception, she was wonderful and really looked after us. All in all a great stay

  Great hotel and even better staff. Jayraj and Priyan had such great energy from the moment we walked in. They clearly explained the perks and upgrades available to us and were overall a delight to engage with. Rooms, breakfast, and bar were also top tier. Jayraj and Priyan are the sole reason we would book here again. Also, Priyan - we got through the airport with no problem (as much as we’d like to miss the flight and come back!).

  I had a wonderful experience checking in, thanks to Vladi, at The Mayfair Hotel the front desk! She provided stellar customer service from the moment we arrived. She was warm, welcoming, professional, and incredibly helpful throughout the check-in process. Vladi made us feel genuinely valued as guests and got our stay off to a great start. It’s employees like Vladi who truly make a difference in the guest experience. She is a great asset to the hotel, and her excellent service definitely deserves to be recognized. Thank you, Vladi, for making our arrival so pleasant!

  Hotel is great however the area that it’s in has the worst amount of traffic ever. It’s like bees in a honey trap, if you order a taxi it simply won’t reach you which is extremely frustrating when going to the airport or other places within a strict schedule. Genuinely a nightmare, their road was shut with works opposite it as well. I missed my train because of how inconveniently located the hotel is. But the actual hotel itself is really nice, the traffic around it ruins it.

  We had a really nice stay at The May Fair Hotel in London. We stayed in a Collection Premium Room, and overall the experience was excellent. The staff were definitely one of the highlights. From the front desk and concierge to housekeeping and everyone else we interacted with, the service was friendly, professional, and welcoming throughout our stay. The location is also fantastic. You’re right in the heart of Mayfair, with Green Park just around the corner and many of London’s main attractions, restaurants, shopping areas, and cafés within walking distance. It’s also very convenient for getting around the city. The only thing I found a little disappointing was the breakfast. For a five-star hotel, I expected more variety and a wider selection. The breakfast was good, but I think there is definitely room for improvement in this area. We paid around £414 per night after my Radisson VIP/member discount. It’s not cheap, but considering the location, service, and overall experience, we were happy with our stay. Overall, we really enjoyed our time at The May Fair and would definitely consider staying here again when we’re back in London. Hussain 🇰🇼
