  Absolutely loved my stay here! The hotel is in a great central location and designed beautifully. What really made the stay shine was the amazing staff though. They are on top of every little detail and truly make you feel cared for every step of the way. Scott leads the residence, which is a wonderful workspace you can enjoy during your stay and he’s a true star. I felt at home with his warm welcome, always remembering me by name. He does an incredible job managing the space to ensure guests feel taken care of, while also keeping the space functioning as it’s intended to be used. Will definitely be back!

  Notre séjour à the londoner était une expérience formidable. Le personnel, que ça soit du restaurant, du bar ou de la réception est vraiment très professionnel et très chaleureux. Ils prennent vraiment le temps de répondre à nos questions et à nous recommander de bons lieux et expériences. La chambre était propre, confortable et permettait d’avoir un repos impeccable. Le lit était confortable, la douche grande et même le savon sentait très bon et d’une odeur apaisante. Je recommanderais the Londoner à quiconque qui souhaite venir visiter Londre et qui souhaite vraiment être bien placé pour visiter le centre, profiter des boutiques ou même aller au théâtre ! La nourriture du restaurant et du room service est aussi délicieuse, tout comme les coktails qui sont vraiment exceptionnelles ! Je me réjouis de revenir faire un séjour ici. Merci à toute l’équipe. Point bonus pour le rooftop avec vue sur Big Ben et le London Eye !

  Very good and attentive service. The hotel has beautiful, modern surroundings, and the staff were incredibly welcoming and courteous throughout our stay. At every outlet we visited, the team were friendly, attentive, and true professionals, making our visit truly memorable. A special thank you to Nikoleta from IRD, as well as Pedro and Sanal, for their exceptional attentiveness and care. We would also like to thank Calantha from Front Office for her warm and professional service, and Matt and Scott from The Residence for making us feel so welcome. Everyone we interacted with was genuinely friendly and professional, and their excellent service made our stay truly special. We really enjoyed our experience and would happily return.

  تجربتي مع The Londoner 🇬🇧 بصراحة من أكثر الأشياء اللي عجبتني في The Londoner هو موقعه الرهيب. الفندق عند ساحة ليستر (Leicester Square)، وبمجرد ما تطلع من الفندق تحس إنك وسط لندن فعلًا؛ المكان حي بالسياح بطريقة جميلة جدًا، وقدامك حديقة صغيرة بنوافيرها، وحولك مطاعم وكافيهات ممتازة وتقييماتها عالية. والشي اللي عجبني أكثر في موقعه إني كنت أخلص جولاتي والأماكن اللي تحتاج مواصلات، وبمجرد ما أرجع للفندق أقدر أستمتع بباقي يومي إلى الليل بدون ما أحتاج أركب أي مواصلة. أطلع من الفندق وألقى كل شيء حولي؛ مطاعم، كافيهات، سياح وحركة، يعني فعلًا مكان يخليك تستمتع حتى بعد ما تخلص جدولك. وفوق هذا كله، ساحة بيكادلي وسوهو وشارع أكسفورد كلها قريبة منك، يعني اللي يحب المشي والاستمتاع ما راح يمل. وبدون مبالغة، حتى الساعة 5 الفجر تقريبًا والساحة ما تخلى من السياح، وهذا بحد ذاته يعطيك شعور جميل وحيوية للمكان. وطبعًا هذا كله من ناحية برا الفندق… ونسينا داخل الفندق 🤣 الفندق من داخل جميل جدًا، والاستقبال له طابع بريطاني واضح، حتى يونيفورمات الموظفين وطريقة تعاملهم. كلهم راقين ومريحين بالتعامل، ومتعاونين جدًا، وتحس فعلًا إنهم مهتمين براحة الزبون، وكلهم ذوق. وبالنسبة للغرف، اللي أعرفه إن عندهم خيارات مختلفة، وإذا أنتم شخصين فالغرفة مناسبة جدًا، وإذا كنت أكثر من شخصين أو حاب تدلع نفسك، خذ لك جناح عندهم… بصراحة جميل جدًا ومريح. وأحب أشكر بشكل خاص الأستاذة Gaya (أتمنى إني كتبت اسمها صح 😄)، اللي تعاونت معنا وسوت لنا Upgrade لغرفتنا ووفرت لنا راحة أكثر، وما قصرت معنا أبدًا. وطبعًا الشكر موصول لبقية الموظفين، كلهم كانوا مهتمين براحتنا ومتعاونين معنا. ومن ناحية الفطور، أنا كنت حاجز الفطور مع الغرفة، وكان ممتاز جدًا وما عليه كلام. بصراحة أنا ارتحت في الفندق بشكل كبير، وما راح أوصي فيه بس، أنا بالنسبة لي إذا رجعت لندن في المرات الجاية ما راح أسكن إلا فيه. ❤️🇬🇧

  An Exquisite Stay at The Londoner!! Our recent stay at The Londoner was truly something special. From the moment we arrived, we were struck by how beautifully curated every part of the hotel is. Every detail feels intentional, elegant and thoughtfully designed — nothing feels ordinary. It’s sophisticated, intimate and exclusive, while still feeling incredibly warm and welcoming. What impressed us most was the exceptional service across every department. From reception (Felix and Anna), and the various outlets, to housekeeping and the breakfast team, every single person we encountered was friendly, professional and genuinely welcoming. There is such a consistent level of care throughout the hotel, which makes the whole experience feel effortless and luxurious. The Retreat at The Londoner deserves a special mention. It is absolutely beautiful and exquisite — such a peaceful, relaxing space that feels like an escape from the outside world. We spent some wonderful time there simply unwinding, and it was honestly one of the highlights of our stay. We also visited 8 at The Londoner, which was an experience in itself. The drinks were not only beautifully presented but absolutely lovely, and once again, the hospitality was exceptional. The attention to detail, atmosphere and service made the evening feel truly special. The Londoner is so much more than a beautiful hotel — it’s an experience. Every corner, every detail and every interaction feels carefully considered, and that is what makes it stand out. A huge thank you to the entire team for making our stay so memorable. We left feeling completely relaxed, spoiled and already looking forward to coming back. ❤️ Exquisite, elegant, beautifully curated and effortlessly luxurious — The Londoner is truly in a league of its own.
