  The Londoner is a wonderful hotel complimented by exceptional facilities and friendly very professional staff. The rooms are well appointed and although on the smaller side , very comfortable and luxurious. Check in was swift and room ready Very few hotels around Leicester Square and surrounds , come close to offering the facilities this hotel offers. Wonderful gym, indoor pool, health bar and a spa for those who want it. Gym is top notch . The the lobby has a very inviting bar with live music and there is , in addition , a private lounge area for residents only, to relax, read the newspaper and have drinks. Average hotels in this area offer poor accommodation at 300 pounds upwards ( I mean poor!!!) . This hotel offers rooms between 380 to 480 pounds depending on time of year, so London is an expensive city , but by comparison , no other hotel comes close to the Londoner. Some reviews have compared this hotel to other 5 star hotels like the Savoy etc, failing to mention that the accommodation at these comparable hotels comes at double the price of the Londoner . So without doubt, the Londoner is my go to from now on.

  Exceptional World-Class Hospitality at a Stunning Hotel From the moment I arrived and was greeted by Aleks and the welcoming team at the door, The Londoner completely impressed me. The hotel itself is visually stunning and perfectly situated right in the heart of Leicester Square. Being in the center of the theatre district made it easily walkable to fantastic fine dining restaurants and Chinatown, which was incredibly convenient. What truly elevates this property to a world-class standard, however, is the remarkable hospitality, attentiveness, and professionalism of the staff. I actually noticed the owner dining at the hotel and went over to approach him. Even though I completely interrupted his meal, he was incredibly warm, kind, and took the time to talk to me and thank me for coming. That level of genuine care clearly trickles down and reflects beautifully in his entire team. A few specific team members deserve the highest commendation for going above and beyond to ensure a perfect stay: • Teadora (Reception Manager): Incredibly helpful and pleasant. When I inquired about a specific juice for a personal health protocol, she personally coordinated with the kitchen to ensure it was arranged for my entire stay. • The Reception Team (Calantha & Rayana): Exceptional warmth and efficiency at the front desk. • The Residence & Dining Staff: Scott provided stellar, attentive care up in The Residence. The amazing maître d' team at the stand, including Afori from Albania, as well as Olha, Anna (the manager of Whitcombs), and the exceptional Chef, all demonstrated an outstanding passion for service. There were also many other team members whose names I unfortunately didn't catch or are simply too numerous to mention, but who contributed just as much to making my stay seamless. The dedication of this entire team reflects the absolute best of London hospitality. I look forward to returning in the near future and will certainly be recommending this beautiful hotel to family, friends, and colleagues.

  It’s an amazingly beautiful hotel, I’ve enjoyed every bit of it. Unfortunately we were not staying this time but as our friends were, we got an opportunity to explore the restaurant which is exclusively for people staying. The residence is a great touch to the hotel. Very relaxing with great offerings. I enjoyed my morning and evening coffees with the great service from staff whilst visiting our friends for work meetings. I must mention Rohit have given us very nice service and Gaetano making amazing coffees. Both managers were amazingly helpful too. If I’m not wrong it was Shivangi and Scott both very welcoming. Shivangi made me convinced to stay in the Londoner on my next visit to London. Hope to see you guys next year. Thank you for having us

  We had a lovely stay at The Londoner, but what really stood out to us was the exceptional service from Dennis at the hotel entrance. After checking out, our pre-booked airport transfer unfortunately didn’t show up. We waited for around 20 minutes, and even though we had already paid for the ride and were still hoping the driver would eventually arrive, Dennis took the initiative to arrange a backup taxi for us. When our original driver still couldn’t give us a clear arrival time, Dennis was genuinely worried that we might miss our flight. Without hesitation, he helped us with our luggage and brought everything across the road to the backup taxi he had arranged, which was already waiting for us. It may seem like a small thing, but when you’re stressed and worried about missing a flight, having someone take that extra step to look after you really means a lot. Dennis was incredibly thoughtful, attentive and genuinely caring, and we truly appreciated his help. Overall, we were very happy with our stay at The Londoner. The hotel was beautiful and clean, the service was excellent, and check-in and check-out were both seamless. But it’s the kindness and personal touch from staff like Dennis that we will remember most. Thank you, Dennis, for taking such good care of us! ❤️

  We recently stayed at The Londoner and had an absolutely incredible experience. From the moment we arrived, we were made to feel genuinely welcome and at home. A special thank you to Sadie at the front desk, who assisted us with check-in and gave us a tour of the hotel so we knew exactly where everything was. After a long train journey, her warmth, attentiveness, and intuition about what we needed were greatly appreciated. Our room was exceptional. I still can't believe the views we enjoyed across London. Waking up to a view of Nelson's Column was a standout. The décor throughout the room and hotel is unique, stylish, and full of personality. We particularly loved the standout art pieces, which added both character and a wonderful sense of humour. The room, facilities, location, and service were all outstanding, and we genuinely couldn't fault a thing. Every member of the team contributed to making our stay memorable. We absolutely loved our time at The Londoner and would wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone looking for an exceptional stay in London.
