Left an hour thirty early to get there, had unforseen circumstances where a trespasser was on the train tracks contacted customer support as we would not make it in time, no time slots available to reschedule and no refund given, not even store credit/voucher to reuse. And they replied late to our 2nd email complaining further saying that at this time they cant help us because its too late. Horrible customer service, horrible ethics. Waste of £40

My autistic grandaughter booked with her Carterton visit June 2026 from beginning to end not the best experience for a mentally disabled person didn’t get carer discount because she wasn’t in a wheelchair couldn’t sit with carer because it was full they see she was visibly distraught so couldn’t get out quick enough she’s 23 but no need no after how busy you are. Obviousley no care just a money making machine

We went as a family of four with two boys (12 and 14), the experience was OK. Glad I got discount tickets as I think it’s pricy for what it is! The boys did enjoy it and got a few scares out of it! We all did the drop ride at the end and enjoyed it, the history was spot on and the actors great but it lacked something I’m not sure I can put my finger on, maybe a better intro? Maybe an intro before the play to get photos/upsell opportunities? Maybe an ending.. or a circle back to London present day? A fun history lesson at the very least.

London Dungeon was absolutely brilliant. The actors were incredibly talented, the storytelling was immersive, and the entire experience was entertaining, frightening, and surprisingly artistic. The witch, in particular, was stunning. I felt like I was watching a piece of dark theater. It was eerie, beautiful, and unforgettable. Our 10 year old daughter is very sensitive, and honestly, London Dungeon is not something we ever would have guessed she would choose. But when we mentioned it, she was determined to try. We encouraged her, and she bravely stepped into something outside of her comfort zone. About halfway through, it became too much for her and she decided she wanted to leave. This is where I became an even bigger fan of London Dungeon. The staff immediately and kindly escorted us out of the experience. Then, the actors came to see her as themselves, showing her that it was all pretend. They even had the actor who frightened her the most come back and make a warm, friendly appearance before we left. I was genuinely touched by the compassion they showed. I never would have expected them to take so much time and care to make sure she felt safe and comfortable before we walked away. Thank you, London Dungeon, for giving her the chance to test her bravery and for supporting her when she discovered she wasn’t quite ready to make it all the way through. Because of the kindness you showed her, she left feeling proud of herself rather than ashamed of being scared and she has already said she might come back someday when she’s a little older and ready to face it again. That kindness made the experience every bit as memorable as the incredible performances. You are truly the best. 🖤

Me and my partner brought our daughter here for what we expected to be a fun experience but it wasn’t what we got (Saturday the 6th of June 4pm). Firstly disruption at the fist door where our group was placed with a group of children for a school trip of which they were very ignorant and pushed their way through the group trying to be at the front of every interaction with the actors a few times we were shoved and met with no apology from the school group, this made us feel very uncomfortable and we felt like it wasn’t fair how they were going about between rooms. We can’t fault the staff for their performances they were fantastic but the things that were going on put a dampener on things. I felt the group size was just too big and very rushed through the different areas. In every room the school children were messing with props and talking very loudly while the performances were taking places and this was really ruining not only our experience but the rest of the groups. We had been to this attraction before and we really enjoyed it but this time it was not a pleasant experience. I think that the group being so large played a big part in how well our experience was and I recommend the groups be smaller in future so everyone can see what’s happening in the rooms with the actors.
