Very friendly staff, rooms are very comfortable, location is ideal; close to tube, restaurants and restaurants. Would definitely recommend it and look forward to staying here again.

We had a delightful first time afternoon tea experience.
Our server took the time to explain each stage of the afternoon tea in great detail with a smile on his face at all times and was very attentive
I will definately go again, but will try either lunch or dinner next time
We stayed at The Langham, London during the Christmas/New Year's season and couldn't have asked for a better hotel. The staff were amazing, friendly, supportive and very welcoming. Due to the busy season, a complimentary upgrade through AMEX Platinum was not possible. However, the staff made sure that we still got the best room possible within the booked category. The location is almost unbeatable, no better place to stay in London in my opinion. What really made it for us though was the superb breakfast. We've stayed at a lot of fine hotels all over the world but nothing has beaten breakfast at The Langham, London so far.

Could Have Been a Great Stay, But the Experience Was Extremely Disappointing
I genuinely wanted this to be a positive experience, but unfortunately it turned into one of the most frustrating hotel situations I’ve encountered.
Due to airline cancellations beyond my control, I contacted the hotel in advance to cancel and rebook my reservation. When I called and emailed, I was repeatedly told that the staff responsible for processing cancellations was not available and that the next shift would need to handle it. Despite being assured someone would contact me, no one ever did.
I followed up multiple times. By the time I finally reached someone who could assist, I was informed that I was now outside the cancellation window and would be charged the full $1,500 reservation amount. Had my original request been handled when I first contacted the hotel, I would have been well within the cancellation period. My intention was never to avoid payment—I simply wanted the opportunity to rebook my stay.
Since the full charge was applied, we decided to stop by the property to at least use the room for a few hours to shower and rest before continuing our travels. Unfortunately, the situation became even more disappointing when we were assigned the wrong room, resulting in there not being adequate accommodations or beds for our entire party.
What is most frustrating is that this situation appears to have resulted from internal communication and customer service failures rather than any action on our part. We made every effort to notify the hotel promptly and work toward a reasonable solution.
I hope management reviews this situation and considers a refund or other resolution. I would much rather update this review to reflect excellent customer service and a fair outcome than leave it as a record of what was otherwise a very disappointing experience.

Everything is perfect, especially breakfast. I had the pleasure to meet Artjola, who is working in the breakfast section at the Langham. She truly exceeded all my expectations. The hospitality, politeness, professionalism was incredible. Thank you Artjola, I will definitely come back.
