  Exceptional hospitality and a truly wonderful team. I wanted to arrange a birthday surprise for someone very special to me who was staying at The Biltmore Mayfair, while I was in another country. I contacted the hotel quite late in the evening, with very little time to organise anything, and honestly didn’t expect much to be possible at such short notice. But the team made it happen. Alina Kit from the Front Office was absolutely wonderful. She responded quickly, offered to arrange a complimentary birthday cake and a personalised card with my message in Russian, and made sure everything was waiting in the room before the guest returned. When I spoke to him later that evening, he was absolutely delighted and couldn’t understand how I had managed to arrange such a lovely surprise from so far away. I would also like to thank Chris from the concierge team for his kindness, responsiveness and willingness to help. What impressed me most was not just how quickly everything was organised, but the genuine care and attention behind it. I wasn’t even staying at the hotel myself, yet the team treated my request with such warmth and consideration. This is what exceptional service looks like. You don’t just meet expectations, you create moments that people will remember. A huge thank you to Alina, Chris and everyone involved. You are a wonderful team, and I truly appreciate everything you did for us.

  عجبني كثير. الفندق هادىء و مريح اخذت غرفه Grand Deluxe Room مساحتها واسعه تكيفها زين و فيه مرحاض اوتوماتيك و ايضاً ركبوا لنا هوز عادي. مقابل الفندق حديقه مجدده و يقع في ارقى شوارع المايفير.

  بدايةً، أود أن أتوجه بالشكر إلى الموظف "أرتيم" على حسن خلقه وأدبه الجميل ؛ فقد كان بشوشاً ومحترماً للغاية، ومستعداً دائماً للمساعدة في أي شيء، وهو حقاً شخص لطيف وودود. لقد وفر الفندق مستوى استثنائياً من الراحة والفخامة؛ إذ كانت الغرف رائعة ومجهزة بذوق رفيع، كما كانت خدمة الغرف متميزة للغاية. يتميز الفندق بموقع ممتاز وأسعار رائعة؛ فتقديم هذا المستوى من الفخامة وجودة الغرف بهذه الأسعار يُعد أمراً مبهراً حقاً. First and foremost, I would like to thank the courteous and well-mannered staff member, Artem. He was incredibly cheerful and respectful, always ready to assist with anything; he is truly a kind and gracious person. The hotel offered exceptional comfort and luxury; the rooms were magnificent and beautifully appointed, and the room service was outstanding. The location is excellent, and the rates are fantastic—offering such luxury and high-quality rooms at these prices is truly impressive.

  Extremely disappointing treatment of a loyal and high-value returning guest. I have stayed at The Biltmore many times and have consistently spent significant amounts with this hotel. Last summer, I even booked their Duplex Penthouse — one of their highest-category accommodations — and I regularly return to the property, recommend it to others, and have even kept my Lamborghini with the hotel during my stays. This time, I initially booked through American Express Centurion/Fine Hotels + Resorts, which included the usual benefits such as hotel credit and late checkout. When I decided to extend my stay, I personally spoke to reception. They quoted me approximately £600 per night. I explained that I wanted to extend through American Express so I could maintain my Centurion/FHR benefits. Shortly afterwards, American Express contacted the hotel and was told there was no availability — despite the fact that I was already occupying the same room and the hotel was willing to extend it directly with me. As a result, I had little choice but to extend directly with the hotel and lose my American Express benefits. What made the experience even worse was the checkout. After explaining the entire situation and requesting a late checkout, I was simply told that because my extension was not booked through American Express, I was not entitled to it — the very same extension that American Express had been unable to make because the hotel told them it was unavailable. I was then told, in a very unpleasant manner, that after 2 PM I would be charged £80 PER HOUR. For a guest who has repeatedly chosen this hotel, booked some of its most expensive accommodation, spent substantial amounts here, and brought additional business to the property, this level of treatment is astonishing. Luxury hospitality is not just about expensive rooms and a prestigious address. It is about recognizing returning guests, showing flexibility, and understanding the value of long-term relationships. Unfortunately, The Biltmore made me feel that loyalty means absolutely nothing once payment has been secured. After years of choosing this property, this experience has seriously changed the way I view the hotel. Very disappointing — and certainly not the level of service I would expect from a hotel positioning itself in the luxury category.
