If I had to describe The Biltmore Mayfair in one sentence, I'd say: luxury without feeling pretentious. I stayed here during a event, and everything exceeded my expectations. The rooms were beautiful, spotless, and incredibly comfortable. The location is perfect if you're exploring London or attending meetings, and the service made me feel genuinely welcome from the moment I arrived. What stood out the most wasn't just the elegance of the hotel it was the people. Professional, kind, attentive, and always happy to help. As someone who travels regularly for conferences and work, I know how much a great hotel can influence the whole experience. The Biltmore Mayfair absolutely did. I would happily stay here again. Highly recommended. ❤️

A perfectly pleasant hotel which is super- well situated. Perhaps not as experiential as others in the area but eminently worthy of consideration for those looking for 'peasant'. Nice bar and a decent enough cafe. You can't really beat the location, especially once the gardens are completed on Grosvenor Square. (It's a little noisy at the moment however - June 26)

Dear Hotel Team, I hope you are doing well. I am contacting you regarding my stay at your hotel. I have noticed that the security deposit amount has not been refunded to my account yet. Could you please check the status of the refund and let me know when I can expect the amount to be returned?

Great location BUT, the first interaction with the front desk did not give a good impression of the service!! We booked 2 rooms, and they asked us to pay for the whole stay upfront! I asked her to block the card only and she said as per policy they have to charge the full amount. I asked why and then the manager(Engin), talked to her from across his desk saying she has to pay or no stay! So I asked him why don’t you just block the card? He replied saying these are the rules in all London hotels from the beginning. I said I have been visiting London since 1980, and this is the first time I hear about this rule. He was very dismissive and did not talk in a nice way at all. And then continued with his guest totally ignoring me. So, we paid and went up. He saw me again later but did not even try to talk to me although he saw I did not like the way he talked to me. The room I got was standard, for short stays it’s ok but the bathroom is quite small. For the daily rate, it’s quite small and nothing extra to justify the price. The other room was a deluxe king overlooking Grosvenor Square. Nice view, but you need double glazed windows for the street and construction noise. Taking a shower floods the bathroom because of the glass doors. For a renovated room, more things can be more updated like the socket outputs and curtains and windows. Would ai stay again??!!!…… To be decided

The level of cleanliness in the hotel is really shocking (its awful) Worst thing to arrive exhausted and right after check in you find hair in the bed The description/info on booking.com dont match the rooms you get. Their excuse is booking.com is not our website okk who provided them with this information and who takes responsibility for lack of info. The whole experience after being exhausted from the flight is just bad. We book 5 star hotels to rest not to hustle after the hotel to do their job Also the service is bad they are not genuine and helpful they want to get rid of you. Trust me I dont want to be having a conversation about how this place is lacking either! I want a clean room I booked and paid for that’s it. The bare minimum. The amount of hair i found on the sheets is astonishing. They came changed the sheets and guess what it was full of hair I opened a towel and guess what? I found a hair? The Baltimore hotel? ❌No the hairy hotel is more accurate ✔️
