  I had a truly wonderful time at the Shrek Experience! ✨ It was an enchanting and thoroughly enjoyable experience from beginning to end. The staff were exceptional, and a special mention must go to those portraying the various characters — their energy, humour, and talent kept us completely engaged throughout. It was evident how much care and effort had gone into creating such an immersive experience. Absolutely worth the price, and I would wholeheartedly recommend it! ☺️💚

  Brilliant… if you’re under 10! I absolutely love all the Shrek movies, so I was genuinely looking forward to Shrek’s Adventure London. Unfortunately, what a let-down. The kids may enjoy it, but for older children and adults there really isn’t much to it. It felt more like a very basic walk-through experience than the exciting Shrek adventure I was expecting. It’s not even really about the money — it’s the fact that we spent valuable time in London doing this when there are so many better things to see and do. If you’re a big Shrek fan like me, don’t get your expectations too high. 😕

  Expérience UNIQUE. Étant fan de Shrek c’était un rêve devenu réalité. Nous sommes plongés dans l’univers avec des aventures plus incroyable les unes que les autres. Il y a beaucoup d’interaction avec le public ce qui enrichie encore plus l’expérience. Les personnes qui y travaillent sont professionnelles, bienveillantes, d’une douceur extrême. Je remercie particulièrement la dame à la fin de l’expérience qui vendait les photos. Elle a un tatouage Coraline au poignet. Elle était d’une douceur extrême et tellement gentille. Je lui souhaite que du bonheur.

  I went with my autistic son today 11th August (10am slot), unfortunately he found it all a bit overwhelming after 3-4 rooms, the staff were absolutely amazing we went to Cinderella and asked if we could skip forward, another staff member Becky walked us around to some of the other rooms that weren't in use, my son found this a lot more comfortable and was happy to run around and explore each room, Just want to say a big thank you to the staff for being so understanding and still making it a great experience for us

  Just wanted to leave a shop review, as I haven't been to the actual experience yet. I travelled down from another city today to buy a puss in boots plush and other merch i'd seen others post on socials, but there was no puss in boots merch/teddies at all. I felt like a lot of the stock was quite generic and repetitive so felt a bit disappointed, especially after travelling a few hours just to visit the shop. However, the staff inside were very lovely and helpful so is nothing to do with the staff at all. Think it would be beneficial to show what stock you have in your shop or allow online deliveries etc to avoid disappointment/unnecessary travel x
