  Convenient location, very close to tube station & Notting Hill's beating heart. Staff are helpful & friendly. Unlike the average hotel though, won't find these in the room: fridge, kettle, miscellaneous bathroom amenities like vanity kit / toothbrush. But there will be a speaker to plug an electric guitar (complimentary to borrow from the reception) to jam in the room, vending machine every other floor, 24hr reception and a galley on every level to make coffee / tea anytime. Overall good value & we enjoyed a comfortable stay here.

  Lovely Atmosphere and Great Service I really enjoyed my experience at this hotel bar. The atmosphere is excellent, it’s dog-friendly, and the staff are polite, welcoming, and attentive. The toilets were also very clean, which is always a plus. The drinks were served quickly, and the overall service was great. My only suggestion would be to improve the bar food menu. The current selection isn’t really my type, and I think having more options such as good-quality pizza or a cheese board would make the experience even better. Overall, I love this place and would happily come back. A great spot for a relaxed drink with a lovely atmosphere.

  My daughter and I were staying at Ruby Zoe for 4 nights and it was really incredible experience! Its located in the great neighbourhood, tons of restaurants, supermarkets, coffie shops near and the tube is just 2 min away and it takes you to all the main attractions. The bus station is also near. The staff was perfect, attentive,helpful and kind, especially Yuliia and Carlos which two were awesome! Rooms are spotless, very well equiped. I recommend it with all my heart! ❤️

  We stayed at Ruby Zoe in Notting Hill for 3 nights in August. Check in was smooth & they allowed to check in early which was very convenient. We stayed in the Cozy Room, which was a fine size for two people & two carry on bags. If you have more luggage or checked bags, I’d recommend sizing up! We loved the large window, shower, and the in-room speakers. Definitely a unique touch. We also really enjoyed the space downstairs. Lots of seating. A great spot to socialize, get some work done, or play games! The breakfast was included with our stay & we wish we took better advantage! They had great options, you can order from the bar (included) & again, such a great spot to sit. The location was good. Close walk to the Notting Hill station, Kensington Park, and a few restaurant/shops nearby. Overall, I thought it was a very peaceful location as it was not right in the middle of the popular areas, but not a far walk away either.

  Absolutely fantastic visit! I have nothing but good things to say about the facility and its staff. The rooms were clean, comfy, and perfectly sized for one person. I slept better there than I do in my own bed. The location is a huge upside to staying the Ruby Zoe. You’re right next to the tube, a grocery store, several coffee shops, pubs, and restaurants, meaning you’re never too far if you need to run out and grab something. The bar’s drinks were far better than I expected and were some of the best hotel drinks I’ve ever had. Lastly, I really wanted to mention how lovely the staff at the Ruby Zoe is. Each staff member was very personable, kind, and polite throughout my whole stay. I was helped by Julia, Anna, Jan, and Carlos at several different points, all of whom were wonderful. I especially wanted to mention Carlos, who was especially kind and helpful with navigating London for the first time. Great experience, I would absolutely come again.
