- CCchrishullphoto4 days ago5.0A very nice stay here at the Ruby Stella. Located in a lovely area down a very quiet side street. The room was smaller than I had imagined but everything was very well designed and thought out. The staff were very lovely and helped us with the digital check in. Loved the fact they have Marshall amps in the rooms. It's just a shame that I'm a drummer.....ah well😄 Was really surprised by the quality of the Ruby product and will definitely stay here again Thankyou

Il personale è gentilissimo e super accogliente e l’ albergo è bellissimo, si percepisce sin dall ingresso un’atmosfera calda e accogliente. L albergo è caratterizzato da un arredamento super ricercato, la pulizia è top e la colazione è super soddisfacente sia dolce che salata, avrei voluto mangiare tutto! infine ma non per importanza è molto comodo per la posizione, a soli 5 minuti dalla metropolitana. Un grazie di cuore a Ruggero, Mattia e Giuseppe per averci fatto sentire membri della Loro grande famiglia. Lo consiglio e ci ritornerò volentieri. Grazie!

The room was clean & up to date upon entering. We had a few drinks at the hotel bar where Sergio and Micheal provided amazing cocktails and conversation. Their service was exceptional! The hotel is in a great location and close to the tube, which was perfect for getting around central London too. We look forward to coming back again!
- AAAngelaSep 25, 20264.0More a 4.5 but overall very happy with my stay here recently. Positives were amazing bed! Super comfy and plenty of fluffy pillows. Great shower & lovely toiletries. Lots of mirrors & plug sockets. I also loved the Bluetooth speaker in my room - nice touch. Only drops a bit of a star due to my TV not working (had I have noticed earlier I’m sure they would have fixed it), no drinking water, coffee machine or fridge in my room; but they did have hot drink facilities in the galley outside the rooms. Also the air con was good but I found it quite temperamental. Staff, bar area & vibe of place all great. I especially loved the cute outside courtyard. I would definitely recommend here & stay again.
