  Hay que tener cuidado con este tipo de hoteles "psudo-cool" / "psudo-green". Habitaciones extra pequeñas, cama pegada al antebaño, baño con paredes de vidrio con escasa privacidad y olor a cloaca en los desagües. Espacio casi inexistente para colgar ropa. Sin frigobar. Pero sí, muchos cartelitos "cool" tratándote de "sunshine" y Cada 3 días te limpian la habitación y te cambian las toallas. No me gustó para nada. La atención en el lobby es muy cordial, para rescatar. SU PRECIO NO ES ACORDE A LA CALIDAD DE LAS HABITACIONES.

  I absolutely love this hotel!!! The vibe is amazing and aesthetic is so chic! I will warn that while the rooms are beautiful they are small. For us it was not a major problem but just a warning! The employees here are also so friendly and wonderful! Always willing to help and have a fun conversation with at the bar! Danae/Giuseppe/Giulia are my faves!!! Super sweet and make the best drinks!

  This hotel was great!! The self check-in was super easy, and the staff were so nice and patient with explaining everything. The room was perfect—big, air-conditioned, and came with everything you need (towels, shower products, hairdryer, and a safe). I loved that you could skip daily cleaning to get a drink voucher for their bar, and the drinks were yummm!! Having a nice hotel made it so easy to explore the city calmly. It made my stay perfect and I love this hotel. The location is also nice because it is close to lots of restaurants. It is in a calm neighborhood. Can’t wait to come back to London!

  What makes Ruby Stella hotel truly memorable, beyond its beautiful architecture and spotless surroundings, is the incredible people who make every interaction feel special. Mattia stands out for his professionalism, kindness, and willingness to help. He is always attentive and ready to assist, making everyone feel genuinely cared for. Elvio brings warmth to every day with his welcoming smile and positive energy. His natural ability to connect with people and make them feel comfortable is something that truly sets him apart. And then there is Brenda, who is simply exceptional. Her authenticity, kindness, and the warmth she brings to every interaction make her unforgettable. She has a remarkable gift for creating a welcoming atmosphere and making people feel valued just by being herself. While the hotel's architecture and cleanliness are certainly impressive, it is team members like Mattia, Elvio, and Brenda who make the place shine. Their dedication, warmth, and genuine care leave a lasting impression. It was a real pleasure meeting them, and they are a wonderful reflection of what makes this hotel so special.

  We never wanted to leave the RUBY STELLA! My husband and I staggered in after a long travel day and right away Michael and Mo greeted us with smiles and kindnesses as we navigated the self-serve check in. They even gave us a complimentary drink in exchange for not having our room serviced the next day! The next day the glorious breakfast and Adelina’s morning smiles started our day right, and our planning sessions and afternoon cocktails were spent outdoors on the gorgeous patio. Special mention of Ruggero, Danae, Mattia, Sergio, Francesco and especially MO, who made us a pizza after midnight! We had several late nights and they could not have been more accommodating, with the comfortable bar and simple kitchen always open. We slept well, housekeeping was so quiet and respectful, and we hated to leave. Thank you RUBY STELLA LONDON!
