  My weekly go-to place for coffee and a nice atmosphere when I get bored of working from home. It's impressive how the staff always have big smiles on their faces. It seems like such a fun place to work! Thanks to Marcelo and Su for being such great hosts

  My husband and I can't sing the praises of this hotel and all of its amazing staff we encountered enough. Our hotel situation was a little different than most due to how we created our bookings. We decided to use this our home base, staying for a few days then leaving to be with friends, then coming back. Our trip duration changed after having booked the two initial stays and so we decided to book a third one there as well. So, we went through check in & check out 3 times, each time having a different category of room. Most people I would assume would have these experiences in a hotel over a period of time, where as we had it over 10 days. Each time, the team of staff was welcoming, charming, and so kind. They always tried to get us into a room sooner versus later and they even tried to have me keep the room we were in on part 2 of our stay to make it easier. But I had booked a different category of room for the last leg of our stay and they weren't able to do keep us in the same room. Totally great because our final room was the bigger one and had a street view, too. A win win, really. We opted to book with a breakfast package and we are so glad we did. We felt absolutely spoiled with their delicious infused waters, fresh juices, perfect coffee, and always access to free tea/coffee on each floor. The breakfast itself was substantial and fresh. Definitely spring for the breakfast package if you can. The Ruby Lucy Hotel location was excellent! Right by the Waterloo Train station, which is a big hub. But also walking distance to the London Eye, Westminster Bridge, and so much more. We walked everywhere including back from the West End Theaters- 20 min walk and so convenient. There are also plentiful bus routes that pass by there, which was a great way to see the sites without being underground or walking too much. Truly one of the best hotel experiences we've ever had and our trip was epic in part because of everyone there. Thank you to the amazing team of baristas, housekeepers, Front desk staff, everyone. This place is amazing because of you all.

  This is a very interesting, quirky, and wonderful hotel. Rooms can be obtained with an included Continental breakfast. And the bar is mercifully open round the clock, due in part to the fact that the bar is also the front desk. This is a wonderful amenity if a traveler is going to be arriving at a late hour.

  The hotel has a convenient location, close to the train station and bus stops, and many of the main attractions can be reached on foot. However, the room was extremely small and lacked privacy. The shower is located in the middle of the room, meaning that anyone else in the room can see you while you are showering. The bathroom sink is also located inside the room. There is no refrigerator, and the air conditioning was extremely weak and barely noticeable. The hotel’s website also gives the impression that there are multiple bars and a rooftop bar on the second floor. In reality, the lobby bar was practically inactive, and the second floor had only a very small terrace with a vending machine for soft drinks and snacks. It was nothing like what we expected from the description. Overall, while the location is convenient, the facilities and room quality do not justify the high price. For what we paid, we expected a much better standard and a more comfortable experience.

  Last week, I visited London and stayed at Ruby Lucy Hotel. Unfortunately, my luggage was lost at the airport, and I had my emergency medication in it. From the very beginning, everyone at the hotel showed incredible understanding and kindness. During what was a very stressful period for me, they managed to make my stay as wonderful as possible. While I was trying to find a way to get my medication, Igor and Manu, who knew what had happened from the very first day, helped in every way they could so that I would be able to get my medication as soon as possible, even though we all knew how difficult it would be to arrange something like that. Now that I have returned from my trip, I simply cannot thank each and every one of you enough for how kind, welcoming, and friendly you were. Every member of the staff I met somehow managed to make my trip and my experience unforgettable, despite the fact that it had started in a far from ideal way. Guys, thank you for everything. All of you! And Igor and Manu, you have no idea how important your help was to me, especially when it came to something so serious and personal regarding my health. I wish you all the very best! ❤️
