- YHYusuf Hasan1 day ago1.0Very stuffy. There is no AC. The blower made it even worse. No open windows. No fans. I requested the reception via the room phone if a fan could be arranged, was told they will have to find it first and can't promise! This is what you get when you pay close to £85 a night! Won't be booking with them again.

The next day the extremely helpful Reece and his colleague on the night shift managed to get us into a diffent, cooler room with windows that opened.

The room temperature is 25.9°C and there is no way to cool it down, which is very disappointing. There are only two plugs in the room, so I can't charge two phones, have the TV on and plug in a fan all at once; this is shocking. The only good thing here is the staff, who are very friendly and helpful.

Food was ok though and the staff where lovely but that doesn't get you a night's sleep 🤷
