  AVOID. They do not accept bookings from booking.com Was made to wait for hours at reception to sort this out Greedy scammers as usual.

  I was told by DELIVEROO that my order was received by reception, and they clearly didn’t gave me the package, even though on the phone I spoke with the guy working in the reception desk, that’s very rude. I can’t say what they did if my package, but I know I never received it. I don’t know what to think, but I need crutches to be able to walk and they know, the other people working there were always very kinda, but this one… well. They don’t have room service either, they claim to, but they don’t, I begged them for what they claim a 24/7 service and they refused to do it every single time.

  This really was a shocker. If you can fight your way past all of the smokers gathered around the door you enter the twilight zone…. a hotel that clearly the owner has spent nothing on for 10 years plus. The lifts and corridors smell awful, and then you reach your room. Built for aircon - it’s installed, but apparently hasn’t worked for years. When I asked the guy on reception, he said “I don’t know what your problem is - it doesn’t say it has aircon online…?” The problem is with windows that barely open ( to let in the dulcet tones of the M1 Motorway) there is just not enough air in a room sleeping three people. And then the cleanliness. Just filthy, dirty carpets, moldy bathrooms. Sink was blocked so when water tried to drain out (it did eventually) other peoples shaving debris, hair etc bubbled up in to the sink. To conclude, this place is gross. You’d be happier sleeping in the car!

  Awful. Honestly, just awful. From the moment we arrived at the door until the moment we left, the whole experience was disappointing. This was actually our second time staying here because we wanted to give the hotel another chance and hoped our first visit had just been an unfortunate bad day. Unfortunately, the second visit was even more disappointing. I’m not expecting luxury from a £70-a-night hotel, but there is still a basic standard you expect. We had spiders, mould, broken furniture, a phone that didn’t work, and terrible service whenever we asked for information or help. Overall, I would never recommend this place to anyone, not even to try once. Genuinely one of the worst hotels I’ve ever stayed in, and I’m not exaggerating. Even after a bad first experience, I still gave them another chance — now I know for certain I would never stay at a Ramada Hotel again. I’ve honestly never stayed somewhere and felt so strongly that my money had simply been taken from me for absolutely nothing in return.

  I personally wish I could give a zero star rating the hotel was absolutely filthy the family room is covered in mould all up the windows all in the bathroom and on the ceiling. The stench of mould was awful single mattresses were placed on the floor for the children to sleep on there was dirt all up the walls and the carpet was grubby and all torn up. A massive thank you to skaiste & thushina for doing everything they possibly could to help us relocate our rooms however it was a complete disaster with one room smelling so bad of cannabis and the other room hadn’t been cleaned and the beds weren’t made up. Avoid this hotel at all costs it is absolutely disgusting!!!!! Barnet Council put me there as an emergency accommodation for eight nights! I left….. I’d sooner sleep on the streets than in that filthy hovel!
