- SSSH4 days ago3.0Eingangsbereich und Flure sind unglaublich schmutzig. Türen und Griffe sowohl auch am Lift sind stark verschmutzt. Die Flure und Bereiche vor dem Lift sind weder gelüftet noch klimatisiert. Bei warmen Wetter wartet man dort im schmutzigen und extrem warmen Bereich. Personal an der Rezeption (kein Namensschild) sind unglaublich unfreundlich. Absolut genervt und uninteressiert. Zimmer ist eigentlich sauber und okay. Allerdings ist bei uns die Klimaanlage ausgefallen. Habe ich auch schon bei einigen anderen Gästen gelesen. Anscheinend macht man hier auch nichts. Als ich unten an der Rezeption war, wollte man mir einfach nur einen Ventilator geben. Die Tonalität war absolut unfreundlich. Das Frühstück war einigermaßen okay. Zusammenfassend muss ich sagen, dass das Hotel im öffentlichen Bereich einmal grundlegend aufbereitet werden müsste und das Personal noch mal auf Attitüde und Tonalität trainiert werden sollte.

The beds are always comfy. This place was quiet despite being in a busy part of London. The receptionist was lovely and even when we had a mix up with rooms, it was instantly remedied. Breakfast was great. We have children with allergies and they got 5 star treatment from Judith and the chef Florin. Separately cooked meals at no trouble. Judith was friendly and caring, and extremely hard working. Thank you very much to Florin and Judith for the 5 star service.

The staff were really helpful and Judith in the restaurant area went well above and beyond in accommodating us and making our daughter feel special on her birthday!
