  This is the second time we’ve visited the Premier inn in Wimbledon and we couldn’t fault our stay. The location is great for trips into the centre of London, staff were friendly and helpful, our room was clean and comfortable, and breakfast was good. The thing that made our stay extra special was the wonderful staff at breakfast - Judith and Jenny. They were so friendly, and when they found out it was our son’s 4th birthday, they went above and beyond to ensure he had the perfect start to his special day. Such wonderful ladies - thank you! Only downsides were terrible wifi and pretty bad coffee! Easy enough to go out for coffee, but please just include decent wifi in the price of the room - even if this makes the room slightly more expensive! Customers would be much happier without the annoyance of being told they have wifi, when really you can barely load a website!

  Had a great stay the lady each morning Judith who worked in the restaurant was delightful so pleasant in greeting me and chatting each morning and always joyful and willing to help in any way possible! Amazing customer service! Great location I walked to local shops and cafes by the river a five minute walk walk away and walked to the local National Trust gardens Morden Hall Park which took me 25 minutes stunning park and walk! Will she staying again!

  Lovely location for London access. The staff were the friendliest and most accommodating that I have ever experienced. Don’t miss Merton Mills. Gorgeous riverside location and lovely food available. A real pleasure to stay here and something that we will be repeating. David & Tracey

  What was supposed to be a good experience after researching the location and amenities turned very sour. We were assisted by the hotel staff at the time of check in with registering our car for free parking. The manager assured me she would add my car to my reservation to ensure I got the free parking, especially because we needed disabled parking. However I have now received a parking fine. I have called them many times, and advised to send it via emails, and they will appeal it for me. However Ileana the manager ignores my emails which is disgusting customer service and very upsetting.

  We had been sent over to the premiere Inn because of the fire at Belgrave walk. From the day we got here all of the atmosphere had been open and friendly. The rooms where clean and comfortable, never was distracted by outside noise making it ideal for my writing. The air conditioning was really helpful during the warmer month and the location being not too far from our old place made heading to work relatively easy. The breakfast and lunch here was also really nice. Though I could not try the meat options due to them not being halal i had always looked forward to all the other options on the menue. The teriyaki salmon was among my favorite. I would also add that there is a halal slices and sausage for breakfast meals. The meal deal is great value giving you the option between a starter and a main meal or a main meal and dessert. All in all I was wholey satisfied with my stay here. Now I would like to thank a few people on here: Judith for always being warm and acommdating whitch made us feel at home. Jenny for making such great meals. (It must have been hard without the oven but dispite that I still enjoyed comong down for breakfast and I am glad to see that the oven is working.) Evie for their calm and witty sence of humor. Thoes moment helped brighten the mood whenever it happend. Adam for just being a chill guy, he always seemd bright and open to a conversation. Florin for also searving us great meals. I recall there being a line of people waiting for staff during breakfast, some people came to the kitchens to ask if anyone was coming and dispite it not being your area of work you still stepped in to help. Staff did come moments later and everything worked out but still respect to you for stepping in to cover. To all who I mentioned and for thoes I have not, thank you all for making our stay at premier inn that bit more homely.
