  Great comfortable beds, lovely bathroom with clean fresh linen. A super cheap one night stay such that I shall be booking into other Premier Inns as need arises. Only criticism is the limited tea and coffee facilities. Only four each of tea bags and instant coffee sachets. No fridge but at the price to be expected. Happy stay.

  The Premier Inn, Wimbledon Broadway is a lovely hotel, and I have stayed there many times. The rooms are clean and comfortable with cosy beds, and I always get a good night’s sleep when I stay here. I reserve a Premier Plus room as I really enjoy the extra features like the ultimate Wi-Fi and mini fridge. The location is fantastic as there are many great restaurants and shops in the area and the transport links are excellent. The most impressive feature of this hotel, however, is the staff. They’re so warm and welcoming and are very happy to accommodate requests. I always ask for a room with a bathtub and the staff are extremely happy to help, which is very much appreciated. I would recommend the Premier Inn, Wimbledon Broadway and look forward to my next visit.

  Very disappointing stay. I had to be moved between three different rooms, all of which were accessible/wheelchair-accessible rooms despite me not requesting one. The first had a strong smell of mould/damp, the second had a very unpleasant smell which I believed was urine, and the third again had a strong smell of mould/damp. The corridors also had a noticeable mould/damp smell. There appeared to be very little ventilation and the windows did not open. The following morning, there was also an extremely strong smell of bleach while another floor was being cleaned, which made me concerned that this was being used to mask the underlying mould smell. Having to change rooms three times because of these smells was completely unacceptable and not what I would expect from Premier Inn. I have made a formal complaint and believe the hotel needs to properly investigate the source of the mould/damp smell, ventilation and condition of the affected rooms and corridors.

  The hotel is ideally situated. It is minutes away from Wimbledon station, yet a bit outside of the busiest part of town. There are some restaurants and a Sainsbury's just across the road. London center is easily accessible through the southwestern railway line. The staff was friendly and accommodating. Rooms will be cleaned on request so be aware of that (I saw some patron arguing with the receptionist about that although I had clearly been told how the system worked). The room was very decent. The window doesn't open but the settings of the air conditioning can be altered. The hotel felt overall very calm (visited in early September). Overall, I find the price to be quite low given the neighbourhood.

  I just got back from a two night stay at the Premier Inn Wimbledon Broadway hotel. I traveled for a business trip. The entirety of the 3rd floor (where I and my colleagues stayed) reeked of a pungent combination of cigarette smoke, bleach, wet paint and mould. (I can’t comment on any other floors, but the lobby smelled much better). The smell in my room was so acrid and overpowering it made my eyes water whenever I entered the room. The ventilation system only made things worse, and of course the windows couldn’t be opened. My colleagues’ rooms were much the same. The smell gave me a terrible headache, so it was very difficult to fall asleep, and I kept being woken up by the smell and the taste it left in my mouth throughout the night during both nights we stayed there. After only two nights, all of my clothes and luggage soaked up the acrid smell, spreading over to my car as well. Upon returning home I showered, washed my hair, changed all of my clothes and I can still smell the room on me. The pungent smell soaked into every single belonging of mine I brought to the room. Avoid at all costs unless you have no sense of smell as this stay is something I will be recovering from for a long time!
