Stayed here May 2026. Location was superb as was the hotel itself. Room was spotless, well serviced and spacious. The staff at the hotel were exceptional, very friendly polite and attentive. One member of staff deserves special mention. Maria, a lovely young Romanian lady who was the most kind and professional staff member you could wish to meet. Nothing was too much trouble for her and she looked after our group in a highly professional way. Well done Premier inn Westminster bridge and WELL DONE MARIA.

Stayed here for two nights for a work event near to the hotel. The hotel is in a great location as right beside Waterloo Rail and Underground Station. The staff were all very polite and professional. I did only eat breakfast in the hotel, who doesn't love a Premier Inn breakfast 😀, but as usual the food and selection was brilliant. The room was clean and comfortable. Overall given the price of hotel rooms in London at the moment this Premier Inn was great value. I will stay here again if I am in the area for work or leisure.

Great location. The building is right behind London Eye. Really close to Big Ben, less than 10 minute walk. Close to main bus stations. Really safe location. The street is closed to main traffic. You get what you pay for. Budget hotel. Really good English breakfast buffet. The room was very spacious. I was pleasantly surprised how big it was. Good bathroom. Overall very satisfied with my stay. If you're looking for a budget hotel that is close to all the attractions. This one hits all the marks. Would definitely stay here again.

I recently stayed at Premier Inn, and yes—the room was clean, the bed was comfy, and everything worked exactly as it should. But let’s not waste time talking about the basics. This review is about Alen. From the moment I walked in, Alen greeted me with the energy of someone who had just won the lottery… and I was the prize. Check-in was so smooth and fast I barely had time to do my usual “stand there pretending I know how hotels work” routine. Need help? Alen is already on it before you’ve even finished your sentence. At one point I was just thinking about asking for directions, and I swear he looked up and went, “Heading out? Here’s the best route.” Mind-reading? Possibly. I started to suspect Alen might actually be Premier Inn. Like, not an employee—the Premier Inn. The building, the service, the vibes… all just Alen in different forms. Slightly unsettling, but very efficient. Every time I walked past reception, there he was—smiling, helpful, and somehow still cheerful no matter the time of day. Early morning? Alen’s ready. Late night? Alen’s still going. I’m not saying he’s powered by coffee, but I never actually saw him drink any, so draw your own conclusions. The hotel itself was great, but without Alen it would just be a solid, dependable stay. With Alen, it feels like you’ve unlocked a secret bonus level where customer service is actually enjoyable. Would I stay again? Absolutely. For the room? Sure. For the location? Of course. But mostly… to confirm whether Alen ever blinks.
