  The Location is very good next to Waterloo station with multiple tube lines. The london Eye is not to far and the big ben is right across the Thames. The staff were really nice. However the place needs some maintenance.

  Единственный плюс это местоположение. Номера грязные, сантехника грязная и переключение горячей и холодной воды не работает. Уборка отвратительная. Постучала уборщица пока были в номере, сказали через 30 минут уйдем, так никто и не убрался. Предупредили на рецепции, обещали убрать, но так и не убрались. На завтраке посуда пахнет. В посещению не рекомендую если есть хоть минимальные требования к чистоте.

  The Premier Inn Westminster Bridge is conveniently located near the Waterloo metro station. You can also walk to to e.g Covent Garden via the bridge and the London Eye is a short stroll away. There are some pubs and restaurants nearby and the rooms are ok in size with modern bathrooms. Staff is very friendly and accommodating. Good price point for London.

  Room was clean and the wet room for accessibility needs had a chair which was perfect for my friend. Staff were all lovely and friendly please pass on our thanks to the whole team, special mention for Alen who was great, we requested a service for our room one day and sadly this was not done, however when we went to complain about this Alen went and did the room service himself right there and then! Hotel is attached to an old "lying in hospital" I have no complaints about this hotel and we are planning another visit to London in 2028 so we shall see you then!

  The location is pretty nice, I liked where it was located, and I liked the location of the room. The room itself was nice. The AC was definitely strong and helped during the hottest days of the heat wave. I also felt it was big enough for me as well. The walls did feel a little bit thin because I could hear when the person in the next room moved around which did scare me a few times being by myself. I will say the biggest annoyance though was the vending machine with the necessities. I needed a razor to shave my legs before a very expensive and fancy birthday dinner with family and friends and the machine took my money and didn't give me the item. Despite showing as availble until after I bought it. After I bought it, it showed it was no longer in stock. Like I bought the last one. And the front desk worker was not making sense. She claimed that it does that when there is only one left? If there is only one left I would have been able to get that last one? But I did not. I asked for my money back and she just gave me an email ... which is ridiculous. I should not have to email anybody. The vending machine is in the premier inn firstly, secondly, I have a visual disability and should not have to do that to get my £5 back ... really dumb honestly. And, the day previous I had watched two workers check the machine inside and also fix the machine?? Clearly they did not do their jobs because it still does not work. As someone who has been using premier inn every few months since 2020, I can safely say I will not be staying at this location again. The location was good but unless I absolutely have to ... I will look at other premier inns or if it comes to it ... other hotel brands. The noises kept me on edge and stealing my money basically was not okay.
