  Paid extra for the view and it’s well worth it!! Didn’t want to close my curtains at all. Room is clean. Staff is friendly and helpful. The restaurant is comfy. Only downside is one of the elevator is down and the whole hotel is relying on one elevator and it takes forever………….

  Mycket dålig upplevelse – kände mig lurad Vi hade bokat och betalat för två nätter via Hotels.com, inklusive frukost. Eftersom vi skulle anlända tidigt på morgonen ringde jag hotellet redan dagen innan och informerade om att vi skulle komma runt kl. 05.00. Jag fick beskedet att det inte skulle vara några problem. När vi väl kom fram var situationen helt annorlunda. De två personerna i receptionen kunde inte checka in oss och vi fick vänta i över en timme. Trots att jag redan hade betalat för natten innan ville de dessutom ta extra betalt för ”early check-in”. Till slut behövde en manager komma och hjälpa till för att lösa situationen. Tänk er denna situationen med 2 barn(!) Det blev ännu mer förvirrande kring frukosten. Vi fick information om att frukosten serverades till kl. 10.30, men i själva verket slutade frukosten redan kl. 10.00. Vi höll därför på att missa frukosten. Trots att frukost ingick i vår bokning via Hotels.com försökte hotellet dessutom ta extra betalt för den. Tur hade jag kvitto och kunde bevisa allt! Man kan tro att situationen blir lättare när man upp uppvisar ett kvitto men personalen var så otroligt dåliga! Det här var en väldigt stressande och frustrerande start på vår vistelse. Jag förväntar mig att ett hotell har koll på bokningar, betalningar och information som gästerna får. Framför allt ska man inte behöva känna att man blir lurad när man redan har betalat för sin vistelse. Enda positiva var att läget var bra. Tyvärr en mycket dålig upplevelse och ett hotell jag inte skulle rekommendera.

  Brilliant family stay and a fantastic location! ⭐️ We stayed at Premier Inn Waterloo for 2 nights as a family of five and had a lovely experience. We were given interconnecting rooms on the 3rd floor, which worked perfectly for us as a family. Both rooms were clean and comfortable, as were the bathrooms. We also had good water pressure and plenty of hot water — always appreciated after a long day out in London! The views nothing to write about, we know higher floors have better views but not something I was chasing after. A special mention to the lovely lady at reception, who was exceptionally courteous and helpful throughout our stay. More generally, the staff across reception and the restaurant were consistently friendly, courteous and welcoming. Check-in and check-out were completely hassle-free, and even using the cloakroom was straightforward and convenient. It’s these little things that make a family stay so much easier. Breakfast was standard options and the dinner options were quite varied. The location really couldn’t be better — incredibly convenient for getting around and exploring London. We’ve stayed at quite a few Premier Inns across London on previous visits, but this one has definitely become our new favourite Premier Inn location in London. Would happily stay here again on our next visit! ❤️

  Excellent location, within walking distance to both Waterloo and Westminster tube stations. Right beside the Eye and other attractions. Rooms are small but that is given in London. Nice staff. Rooms could be better designed, tiny garbage pails and no place to put any clothing. Next time I’ll spurge a bit more as we had a 9 night stay. Fine if it was 3/4 nights.

  אחד המלונות הכי טובים שהייתי בו! השירות בדלפק תמיד בסבלנות ועם חיוך. אוכל מעולה,נותני שירות בחדר אוכל אדיבים,נחמדים ומוכנים תמיד לסייע,רוצה לציין את Sayeed וגם את הבחורה בשם Emiliya. שמירת חפצים בחדר בטוח בחינם. חדר נקי,יש בו הכל חוץ מהמקרר. מיקום הכי טוב למרכז,מי שרוצה לטייל במרכז אז זה המלון,מלא תחבורה ציבורית לכל הכיוונים,השתמשנו רק בתחבורה,מאוד נוח דרך כרטיס אשראי בכניסה לאוטובוס. תחנות אוטובוס ממש סמוך למלון. תודה רבה לכל הצוות המלון!
