  La posizione è eccellente, a 300 metri dalla metro. Pulizia discreta ma solo su richiesta. (E 2 volte non hanno pulito nonostante la mia richiesta)

  Polar opposite service from one day to another. Gluten intolerance on the first day was met with compassion and kindness, on the second day met with eye rolls and left with the feeling that it was extremely inconvenient(older lady with black hair and glasses) i'll add that we had purposely come to breakfast at a quieter time to help. To also be told they had run out of pancakes for the rest of our party and aggressively told its not their fault. Perhaps everything is premier apart from their price and service?

  No hablan nada de español. La habitación normal de tamaño, me la esperaba más pequeña pero bien equivocada, eso sí, no tiene nevera pequeña. El desayuno buffet, poco producto comparado con España pero en mi opinión bastante bien y atentos con alergias. La zona apartado del centro y para llegar dependiendo de las indicaciónes del GPS, la zona no es de agrado, sin embargo, por una avenida principal, no hay problema. Hay una estación de metro a 2 minutos, Lambert north Ofrecen limpieza a diario bajo solicitud.

  We've stayed at this Premier Inn location a couple of times and it's a good choice. The rooms are standard Premier Inn - clean and comfortable with a good bathroom and TV service. We upgraded to a Premier Plus room on this stay and it was worth the extra cost - mostly because of the larger room which gave us space for our suitcases. The staff are attentive and approachable. I mentioned the shower would need attention at some point and it was addressed within an hour. The location is very convenient for buses to central London, Waterloo Station and the Imperial War Museum. There are some good cafés, pubs and restaurants in the locality too.

  I've been staying at Premier Inn London Waterloo for around four weeks now so feel i can leave a genuinely accurate review. I've had a consistently positive experience throughout my stay. Every member of staff I've dealt with has been friendly, welcoming and helpful, which makes working away from home much easier. The location is fantastic for central London, close to the tube and fantastic views from the rooms. The rooms are the standard you expect from a premier inn. Clean, comfortable, spacious and well stocked. And of course any extra bits you need(in my case milk for the coffee) were available at reception. I wanted to give a special mention to Tonima (hope I've spelt her name correctly)on reception. Whenever I arrive and see that she's on the desk, I know I'm going to get a warm welcome and a hassle-free check-in. She's always cheerful, polite and professional, and a genuinely lovely person to deal with. It's staff like Tonima and the rest of the team who make a real difference to a hotel stay. The Staff here are a real credit to Premier Inn, and I hope they get the recognition they all deserve. Thank you to Tonima and the rest of the team for making my stay such an enjoyable one.
