  I had a lovely stay at Premier Inn Wandsworth. The room was clean, comfortable and had everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the whole experience was smooth and enjoyable. I’m very happy with my stay and would definitely come back again. Highly recommended! 😊

  The room was very small, and the access card did not work. Every time we wanted to enter the room, we had to contact reception and ask them to open the door for us. We also informed the staff that we needed the room cleaned and the towels changed the following day, but unfortunately, none of this was done. Overall, I was very disappointed with the service.

  Good value, onsite facilities useful (Breakfast & Pub suppers). Staff helpful, location good with local shopping if you need. Very quiet rooms except.... I had strange 'building site' noises second night which I suspect may have come from the Supermarket below doing overnight maintenance to their ceiling. Premier Reception staffed looked (3am) but couldn't find where it was coming from otherwise. No, I didn't make it up! I will use it again as it suits for visiting family, but might check to see if Sainsburys are changing the lightbulbs first.

  Worst stay ever. Not only did we end up waiting for our room for an hour to be ready, but we were placed in a room with a soaking-wet carpet and a mouldy smell due to leaking air con. Night staff tried their best to help, but the hotel was already full, so there was no alternative for us, and we had two small kids with us. The next day, when we talked to the day receptionist, no one was aware of our problem. Luckily, there was an empty room for us; otherwise, we probably would have ended up staying in a mouldy room for another night. Also, it always felt that no staff member actually knew what they were doing; they all looked overworked. Nice location though.

  We arrived at 8:45 am on the 12th September after travelling down from Manchester at 5:30 am for a family party later on in the day. When we arrived at the hotel no staff were on the desk to welcome us so we had to buzz for a member of staff. After a 10 minute wait a young member of staff huffed her way around the corner and said ‘WHAT’ in a unwelcoming manner. I explained we had travelled down from Manchester early in the morning and wondered if our room maybe available as we had payed for early check in , and without the member of staff even looking at her computer just rudely and bluntly said “NO , Not even ready” . The level of customer service got even worse when we then asked okay is there anywhere we could leave our bag , to which she flung a door open and just went in there. When my partner then arrived back later at 10 minutes to 11 she asked if she could check in to which the women went no check in is at 11. This member of staff was rude and had 0 customer service skills. To make the stay even more enjoyable(not) the fire alarm was set off at 6 am Sunday morning to which no one other than a handful of guests evacuated , so If there was a real fire the situation would of been a lot worse as people just stayed in there room. Luckily on this occasion it was a false alarm , however , no staff were present in the evacuation which again isn’t a good sign . We shortly check out after this deciding we had enough , won’t be returning and on future visits I will be booking elsewhere.
