- NFNeil Findlay4 days ago3.0Check in at 3pm was bad. Only 1 person on to manage the queue. Room was fine, if a little one and sparse plug sockets. The decor was a bit battered. Could do with more hooks in the room. Location was brilliant, bermondsey on the doorstep has some real nice cafes and restaurants and only a short walk to London Bridge Station.

Jan, who looked after us was amazing. From time to time, I run seminars on customer service and it is always a struggle for myself and the delegates to name 5* customer service. From now on, I’ll be talking about Jan - superb!

The room was spotless, comfortable, and had everything we needed.The breakfast was amazing too, with plenty of choice and everything cooked perfectly. Would definitely stay again and highly recommend! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
- GLGrace LeeAug 29, 20265.0We paid and got early access to our room but I would advise to plan this in advance so they will have your room ready! Receptionists were great, friendly and helpful. All extra condiments eg. Tea, coffee, sugar, milk jiggers were all at the lift entrance so you didn't have to ask every time they were needed. I would definitely recommend a Premier Plus Room the extra space and small fridge are great especially if staying 2 nights or more. The breakfasts are good too. There is a shop opposite for essentials and although food in the restaurant, Papa John's opposite - check out for Blue Light Discount in Papa John's.

The location is excellent, with Tower Bridge and many nearby attractions easily accessible. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff Bilawal was friendly, helpful, and welcoming, and the check-in and check-out process was smooth. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely recommend this Premier Inn to anyone visiting London. Great location, comfortable rooms, and excellent service!
