Every member of staff are polite, courteous, helpful, smiley etc etc. Breakfasts were great (and I'm hard to please especially on a full English). Nice location and close to Tower Bridge and the Tower. Nice surrounding area too.

We only stayed one night in the Tower Bridge Premier Inn. But our stay was extremely pleasant. All the staff were to lovely, helpful and polite and nothing was too much trouble. A special mention goes out to the lady who was meeting and greeting at Breakfast, she was so attentive a credit to the hotel. Not sure of her name but we attended breakfast on Friday 17th July.
Breakfast was gorgeous with a wide range of items to choose from.
Rooms and beds were the quality that you would expect from a premier inn.
Only 5 minute walk from. TOwer bridge. 15 minute walk to Tower Hill tube station.
Would definitely stay again at this hotel.

It's a budget hotel and shouldn't expect much. We booked it as it said rooms had AC however AC didn't work for 2 out of 5 days we stayed. The gentleman at the restaurant, Mr Emon however was very courteous and helpful. He guided us on how to best travel through the city etc. Apart from Emon, who was an excellent chap, there is nothing good about the place. Not recommended.

Terrible experience due to (as we were told by management) faulty air conditioning on floors 2 and 3.
It turned itself off every two hours which prevented us being able to sleep as the room heated to unbearable temperatures. The only way to cool the room down slightly was by actively pressing the button ourselves every two hours.
Not acceptable.
The temperature in the room was consistently above 27degrees (we had our own thermometer with us).
This was the hottest week of the entire year so far!
This was reported the first night, where our room number was taken, and we were told that it would be sorted.
This was not the case.
We reported this again and a manager came to speak to us.
She told us that this was a known fault, on the floors mentioned above, and they could only get someone out to sort it that day.
This did not help us as we had already had two terrible nights' "sleep".
She gave us a card to complain as they did not fulfill their "good night sleep" guatantee.
We have heard back that Premier Inn have decided that this is normal practice and they will not be honouring their own guarantee!
We have had fans from other Premier Inns in the past. If their "normal practice'" was obviously not going to be sufficient on this ocassion, why were they unable to offer any other solution after we notified them of our issue?
Horrible "service" from such a well known brand.
Why have a guarantee in place when you won't stick by it after a proven bad experience?
This was solely due to your own ridiculous procedures that should surely be able to accommodate altering settings as and when required?

My experience at Premier Inn London Tower was very disappointing and far below expectations.
The carpets had a constant unpleasant smell, and the sofa in the room was visibly dirty. There was no proper daily cleaning, and overall hygiene standards were poor. The corridors, especially near the lifts, had a strong bad odor which made the environment uncomfortable.
Housekeeping was weak and unresponsive, and the front desk did not provide the level of support expected from a hotel of this standard. Basic room amenities were missing, which was surprising.
It was also disappointing to see the promotion of reusing dirty towels without ensuring proper hygiene standards. For the price being charged, the value is simply not justified, especially when compared to other nearby hotels offering much better service and cleanliness.
Post-COVID, hotels should maintain higher hygiene and cleanliness standards, but this property clearly falls short. Authorities should conduct surprise inspections to ensure compliance and improve such poor performance.
Overall, not recommended unless significant improvements are made.
