  Friends visiting so met them at the hotel staff seemed very friendly . Room is small but everything you need . We know about comfort tomorrow when we meet our friends

  I can't recommend this hotel for a number of reasons. I found a lot of the staff rude and abrupt. Being caught in the middle of a huge argument between a member of staff and a guest was very awkward. I felt as though the staff member handled it wrong and should have looked at de-escalation techniques or at least taken the member of the public away from the public restaurant at breakfast time. A lack of chef meant no cooked breakfast one of the days (still waiting for my refund I was promised) and no buffet the following day so had to order with a member of staff. I asked for my room to be cleaned twice over a 4 night stay. I was told it was not possible the first day I asked due to them being too busy and the 2nd day they just didn't turn up! Whilst I wasn't looking for a big room clean, emptied bins and clearing the piles of towels would have been helpful. The area felt unsafe at night and we were unfortunately witness to some criminal behaviour of a sexual nature as we walked from the underground station to the hotel. I would say that contrary to some reviews the room was clean. There are lots of nice restaurants in the area too.

  Rapporto prezzo qualità sicuramente buono, ottima la posizione (2 stazioni metro a pochi minuti a piedi e bus sotto casa). Pulizia sicuramente da migliorare, personale comunque gentile.
