While the rooms are nice the brand lets themselves down by scrimping on their restaurant. Completely empty hot food trays with a queue of about 8 people waiting for food. The one person cooking in there lazily loads 6 pieces of bacon on a tray to cook in the oven and all 6 pieces gone by the first two people in the queue. Fried eggs were not fried at all but baked to a rubbery circle you could throw against a wall and it would bounce off. I used to be a cheerleader for premier inns… this is the third similar awful experience so will not give it a fourth try.

We were met by a rude member of staff, it was clearly to much trouble for her. A male team member came across and was really Friendly and helpful. I was unhappy with the huge cost added to the bill for change of date. Bill went to £140 for the same night which was previously much less. Can't see why you would charge so much more, I'm not getting more for my money. I had to call the support line to change the date as the website wouldn't work. When I spike to this helpful man he confirmed troubles on line. Standards and service are dropping unfortunately.

I had just come out of hospital and asked we live a long way from King's College Hospital we decided to stay at an hotel overnight. Unfortunately the nearest Premier Inn's to us were fully booked. The closest one was Tooting Bec. So we booked in there. On arrival we were treated very well by the receptionist as she helped us book in. The room was clean and well layed out. Although it was small it was fine. The room was lovely and quiet. We decided to eat in the hotel. They had some new dishes, but I had been put on a new diet and there wasn't much I could eat, however the options were varied and looked good. Again the service was excellent. I had a good nights sleep and so did my husband. Breakfast was good and plentiful. I would definitely go back to this hotel, even though it's further out from the hospital. Thank you.

Stayed at this location as it had been recommended by a friend when needing to stay in the SW London area. Check in was super easy and having the room until 12PM was amazing! Room was as expected; clean and good size for the price paid. Lovely, friendly service from Nicky and Esme when checking out :)
