- MIMichaela IbrahimMay 31, 20263.0One night stay and would not stay a night more. Room was tidy but just quickly wiped over. The carpet had stains and felt dusty. The beds had duvets pulled over pillows and not tucked in per hotel standards. The best thing is the hair and body wash by Baylis&Harding. We didn't have the breakfast at the hotel as it was a way too busy on Saturday morning and went to the shopping centre instead, got paninis and coffee at Cafe Nero and some pastries from nearby bakery, which is situated to the left of the hotel and first shop as you enter Westfield (X2 Bakery) QR code check in machine are only for a decoration. One member of the staff was quick to assist us. Don't rush to check in at 3PM, everyone does that, give it 20 minutes and you save yourself a wait. I like the fact that the lift takes you directly to the entry/exit and you don't have to always go around the reception which is on the 1st floor.

Later that night our friends got booked into the same room when they had booked separate rooms, A computer issue. They did get this sorted and gave the bride to be a glass of wine to compensate. The rooms are clean and spacious. The breakfast was brilliant value for a buffet and the food was very tasty. I did get to meet one of the chefs, he was charismaticand I particularly enjoyed the cheesecake!
