I was incredibly disappointed with my stay, particularly regarding the unacceptable hygiene in the bathroom and the poor customer service that followed. Premier Inn heavily promotes their "CleanProtect" promise and rigorous cleaning standards, but my room reflected the exact opposite. There was a thick buildup of black mold and grime along the glass shower screen and the bathtub caulking. Even when housekeeping came in to clean the room during my stay, this glaring issue was completely ignored and left untouched. I reached out via their official website to report the problem. It took customer service almost a week to reply, and their response was completely dismissive. They simply stated that my feedback had been sent to a manager, and that was it.

Wonderful accommodation experience! Clean, great location, fantastic reviews and very friendly staff. Especially Jama in the restaurant who went beyond the call of duty to help us with food suggestions. Thank you Jama!

We absolutely love Premier Inn Stratford, have been many times and it’s our go to when visiting London - whether just the two of us or with our kids. When it’s just the two of us we have a Plus room and I highly recommend if you can find one. Great view of London, great restaurants nearby and reasonable value

Great location, beside the Westfield shopping centre and right beside the tube. We arrived late (nearly midnight) and staff were super helpful. Staff in the bar/restaurant super friendly. Bed was comfy. Only issue we had was no one answers the phone. We realised we were supposed to book 2 rooms and only booked one. Tried ringing multiple times before we arrived but phone rang out. Our friends ended up staying somewhere else as we didn’t want to chance there being a room available or not so they went elsewhere.

I stayed for 5 nights and was very disappointed with the housekeeping service. Every day, I requested at the reception for my room to be cleaned and for the bedsheet to be changed, as there was a blood stain on the bedsheet. The receptionist took note of my request each time, but somehow no one came to clean the room. Throughout my entire 5-night stay, the room was only serviced once or twice, and even then, they only changed the towels and removed the trash from the bin. The room itself was not properly cleaned, and the stained bedsheet was not changed despite my repeated requests. Very disappointing experience, especially considering that basic housekeeping should be provided during a 5-night stay
