  Lovely hotel very close to Kings Cross St Pancras station …The staff are brilliant …Bilal and Precious were so kind and friendly and were so lovely storing our luggage (the hotel also has lockers provided by a company called Stasher ) but the luggage room is also available which we have used in many of our stays at this hotel …The only negative was calling reception as Premier Inn use Virtual receptionists and you pay for the call even if the real reception is busy …The hotel was recently refurbished and looks great however we did feel the prices have gone up quite a lot recently and this is no longer a cheap hotel

  Not suitable for anyone sensitive to fragrances. On arrival the "signature" synthetic apple was strong enough to make my eyes water and breathing uncomfortable. On entering my room I found that the window couldn't be opened and the air-conditioning was recirculating stale contaminated air. The room has no phone. When called via my mobile, reception did not answer. Staff were helpful when I went down and purged the air in my room. I was advised that this would take ~15min. I went out to find food and it was better on my return. This morning I have a cracking headache, couldn't iron my blouse because there is no iron, and didn't stay for the breakfast I prepaid for because of the smell. Also, the curtain didn't close well leaving light on the pillow and there was no little shelf in the shower for my soap.

  We only stayed for one night with a late check-in and an early check-out, so we didn't spend much time at the hotel. That said, the staff were excellent during the brief interactions we had—friendly, welcoming and helpful. We didn't eat or drink here; we simply showered, slept and headed off the next morning. For that purpose, it did the job perfectly well. The rooms were comfortable and had everything we needed. The hotel is looking a little tired in places, and during our stay only one of the three lifts appeared to be working. This made getting to and from our room quite slow. We would have happily used the stairs instead, but they seemed difficult to find or weren't clearly signposted. I haven't marked the hotel down for this, though, as it appeared to be a temporary issue that was being dealt with. The standout feature is the location. It's right on the doorstep of St Pancras and King's Cross stations, with Euston just a few minutes' walk away. You can be out of the hotel and on the Tube within minutes, making it an excellent base for exploring London or catching an onward train.

  La estancia fue muy confortable. La habitación era espaciosa para los 4, las camas y almohadas muy cómodas y no se oía ni un ruido, muy silenciosa. Estaba limpia y todo nuevo. El desayuno muy rico, variado. El personal fue muy amable. Nos dejaron guardar las maletas gratis antes del check in y despues de nuestra salida. El servicio automático de check in, fue comodisimo y muy sencillo y rápido a través de la App. Mucho mejor que tener que estar esperando en una recepción. La ubicación fabulosa, en 20 min estábamos en el cualquier sitio de Londres con el metro o autobús, además era una zona con muchos restaurantes, y muy segura. El precio fue muy adecuado para ser Londres. Repetiría sin dudarlo en este hotel

  **Book this hotel if you want comfort done right.** After a long day of travel, walking into a properly cold, clean room felt amazing. The AC here actually works — and works well, keeping the room nice and cool the entire stay. Everything about the place was well kept: the room was spotless, well maintained, and clearly cared for. No worn-out furniture, no corners cut. It's the kind of place where the basics are handled right, so you can just relax. Great location right by St. Pancras — easy walk to trains, shops, and restaurants, making it super convenient for getting around London. An all-around solid stay from check-in to check-out. Highly recommend if you want a hotel that simply does what it's supposed to do — well.
