- RAraiza azzopardiSep 30, 20265.0Love this hotel so much, always my go to when in London. Locations is rly good 2 stations close by and relatively cheap. Love their Buffett breakfast
- KMKübra MutluSep 18, 20261.0The rooms are dirty and the carpets clearly aren’t cleaned properly. Even at breakfast, the plates and glasses were dirty. Cleanliness standards are very poor throughout the hotel. I definitely would not recommend staying here.
- LLLissaSep 15, 20265.0Room was massive & very clean. Plenty of bars & eateries within a short walking distance. Great location for Southbank & surrounding areas with good access to lots of tube lines
- HHHolger “Hollis”Sep 12, 20263.0The hotel is in a central location, the staff were friendly, and the price was reasonable. Unfortunately, cleanliness was a significant issue during our stay. The room was not particularly clean, and even after asking for additional cleaning, the situation did not improve much. As a family, we were also disappointed to be given a room in the basement. The view was directly onto a light well containing rubbish, which was not a pleasant sight. Overall, the location, friendly staff and affordable price are positive aspects, but the cleanliness and basement family rooms definitely need improvement.
