It's tucked behind the shops on the main road. The room was clean, bed comfortable, and everything I needed for a night's stay for work. The staff were helpful and friendly, and the buffet breakfast good. Nothing to complain about and would happily stay there again.

Very comfortable stay at this Premier Inn, but I have deducted a point for the appearance of the passageway leading to the entrance
There were a few dodgy characters hanging about, and an overflowing rubbish bin.
Improvements needed I feel.

We have had a lovely stay at Premier Inn Borough High Street. One member of staff, Jenny, has been exceptionally helpful, friendly, and professional throughout our visit.
One evening, while I was delayed returning to the hotel, Jenny kindly helped my husband by keeping an eye on our baby for a few minutes while he had his dinner. Despite being very busy, she was incredibly accommodating and always greeted us with a smile.
Every time we left for the day or returned from our outings, Jenny and other staff would warmly welcome us back, ask about our day, and engage with us in a professional and friendly manner. Her excellent customer service made us feel valued and genuinely cared for during our stay.
The room was spacious and a good size for our family, comfortably accommodating me and my two children. The only downside was the alleyway outside the hotel, which felt a little intimidating and could be cleaner. However, this did not take away from our overall positive experience.
Thank you to Jenny, Tim and Letty and to all the team for making our stay so enjoyable.

Don't bother. We had the Premier Plus room. Nothing special and they charge a lot extra. London view was a joke. The window was so small I thought we were in a cross channel ferry cabin. The location looks dodgy at night. The alleyway is scruffy and dirty. The reception staff are nonchalant. BTW Police were holding someone down in the main road at 10.30pm.

Ideal place to stay if you need to get to Guys Hospital for an early appointment. Not easy to find if you're not familiar with the area as it is set back from the main road. Best plan is to find Tesco and its right next door! Very near to a vibrant area and tourist attractions, HMS Belfast, the Shard, many eateries, pubs etc.
