  Not a pleasant stay unfortunately. The rooms are very old, not clean and smell of dusty rugs. The room I checked in clearly wasn't hoovered so I had to change to another room, which was better, but still smelled of dust and overall wasn't well maintained. The staff is friendly and trying to be helpful. That's why I gave an extra star. The location is good but gets a bit dodgy in the evening. I like staying at Premier Inn as they tend to be basic but clean, unfortunately this one wasn't. The entire hotel smells awful...

  Lovely stay ideal for Borough Market, London Bridge and all the sights there staff Very Very helpful also if visiting Guy's Hospital only 5 mins walk away

  I couldn't even begin to explain how amazing the staff was. I was on a 4 day trip to London for a concert and a bunch of sightseeing. We were astounded by the lovely, friendly and helpful staff. One chinese woman in particular was friendlier than you would imagine. Always seemed happy to see us, rushed to greet us and seemed genuinely interested in our wellbeing and how we're enjoying our stay. We noticed she worked at the reception, as a waitress, cooked in the kitchen and much more. We had paid for the meal deal in advance for all of our nights but as you would imagine we had to leave the hotel pretty early and get back really late from the concert one of the nights. That same staff member offered to cook us dinner and wrapped it in plastic for us before her shift ended, so that we could take the food up to our room when we come back from the concert. We wish we could thank her personally for all the kindness and warmth and possibly exchange social media! Staff like that has to be rewarded exceptionally! The rooms were clean and warm. The mattress was amazing. The food in the restaurant was delicious. Very flavourful. I recommend the Makhani/Curry chicken dishes and fish and chips.

  ✨ We had a wonderful stay at this hotel and were very happy with the overall experience. The room was comfortable, everything was clean and well maintained, and the atmosphere made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. A special mention has to go to the lovely girl from the Philippines who was absolutely amazing throughout our stay. She was incredibly kind, friendly, professional, and always had such a warm and positive attitude. Her genuine hospitality and the way she treated us really stood out and made our stay even more memorable. She is truly an asset to the hotel and deserves special recognition! ✨

  Me alojé en agosto con mi familia, mi marido tuvo un percance que se puso malo y tuvimos que llamar al médico. En todo momento nos ayudaron en recepción tanto acudiendo a nuestra habitación como llamando al médico fueron super amables y no nos dejaron solos en ningún momento algo muy importante cuando no estás en tu país y el idioma puede ser un problema. Amin nos ayudó muchísimo, el personal super amable. Volvería a alojarme sin duda.
