- SAStella AinsleyOct 5, 20265.0One of the best I have stayed in. The front desk manager is an absolute gem. The rooms are pretty clean but can be better, Food in the restaurant needs more attention. Overall the stay was lovely, will surely visit again.
- DMDavid MowbraySep 18, 20265.0Just finishing a 2 day break at this Premier Inn. We chose it for its great proximity to Kew Gardens I.e only 10 minute walk. Standard room was clean, quite large and very typical of premier inn's rooms. However, what made this five star for us was the outstanding, friendly and helpful service of the staff member Armond D. He was superb throughout and in our view a real credit/asset to the Premier Inn chain. Well done.
- PLPeter LawsSep 18, 20264.0A bit noise than I'm used to for PI. Also the toilet had a sheet dispenser rather than toilet roll which is unusual and felt a bit cheap. It was serviceable, but not up to the typical quality.
- BBBaneMinistrySep 17, 20265.0Flawless. Staff went above and beyond, we were new to the area but they were extremely helpful in directing us and provided recommendation. Even extended our car parking for no extra fee, which we genuinely appreciated. Would absolutely stay again.
