- WAWood Andy6 days ago5.0Great welcome, gave us a start that we booked the wrong hotel. Friendly receptionist and full of energy. Good food for dinner was advised of a new menu launching soon. Rooms are clean and modern, car park is clean. Overall a great experience.

Even in a nearly empty restaurant (6people inside and 10 empty tables), you have to come back later (15 minutes). There is no option to sit at the bar to wait and have a glass of something. It is better to go to the next place across the street.

I would recommend this hotel to anyone needed to stay in the Richmond area with the customer service some of the best I have experienced at any hotel. Thank you for making me feel so welcome and accommodating. Would definitely recommend and breakfast has set us up for the day. Thank you to the team working this morning you’ve been outstanding.
