  Fantastic hotel in a perfect location, right outside Paddington Station, making it incredibly convenient for getting around. With the hot weather during our stay, we were especially grateful that the air conditioning worked perfectly, ensuring a comfortable night's sleep. The room was also very quiet, with no door slamming or noise throughout the night, unlike some other places we've stayed. The food was excellent, and every member of staff was friendly, welcoming, and extremely helpful. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend it.

  I am writing this in June 2026 during the UK heatwave. The air conditioning in the room was working – well done, Premier Inn! So, what do you call this? An "effective hotel." It has an excellent location: you can enjoy views of the River Ouse from the restaurant and, if you're lucky, from your room window. Overall, it's a convenient place to stay. A few things to note. Parking is in the adjacent public car park. The hotel provides a discount, but you still have to pay and be very careful driving through tight corners. The rooms are a good size, but they're looking a little tired. Everything worked well, it's just due for a refresh. The full English buffet breakfast is served from 6:30 am... or 7:00 am if the chef is running late:-) One evening, a rough sleeper was sleeping in the staircase area. There were no issues, it was simply a rather sad reminder of the circumstances some people face, and to a degree a safety concern too...

  perfecto para pasar unos dias en londres y no dejarte un pastizal. puedes ir con familia o con amigos. las habitaciones y baños tienen un buen tamaño, y el desayuno merece completamente la pena. la localizacion es muy buena, metro, buses, trenes y conexion directa con aeropuertos. si vuelvo a londres sin duda repetiré

  The hotel is conveniently located directly across from Paddington Station. An unlimited breakfast is available for £14. The rooms do not have a refrigerator, but they are equipped with an electric kettle for making tea and coffee. Room cleaning is provided only upon request. The windows cannot be opened, so you need to rely on the air conditioning for ventilation. The bed was comfortable. The hotel offers luggage storage, although it is not widely advertised due to limited capacity. Basic Wi-Fi is included free of charge, and faster internet access is available for an additional fee. We had no LTE/mobile signal in our room, and the Wi-Fi required us to log in again each day.

  Terrible climate control for in room heat and air conditioning. It turns off to no air flow and requires you to turn it on every few hours, waking you up in middle of night. You can not adjust temperature, only select between no air flow and small air flow. Absolutely unacceptable. Showers leak over floor. No refrigerator or microwave. Internet is very slow. Rarely staff available at lobby. This is an extreme budget hotel. Location is good for Paddington station transport. Rooms are clean.
