  The location of the hotel is very good, close to the tube station, stores, restaurants, and everything. The service was also very good; the only issue with it was the manager of the night shift. She started scolding the personnel in front of us; it was very awkward. The rooms were the worst; they look so bad. Somehow they were clean (like the bed and the shower and so) but they look very poorly maintained. The walls were disgusting, and the bathroom too; don’t even make me talk about the carpet in the hallways, absolutely disgusting!! I wouldn’t stay here again.

  Have just stayed four nights. Comfy bed and quiet nights sleep on the 8th floor. Friendly and helpful staff. Enjoyed continental breakfasts each day. Air Con worked fine in room 805. Premier Inn at Leicester Square is a great central location to walk to many theatres, shopping and tourist attractions. Unfortunately, like everything else, the cost of staying there has increased and our four week night’s stay B&B was £981. I would recommend this hotel though for its location, comfortable night’s sleep, friendly staff and continental breakfast.

  This was my first time staying here, and I loved the location. It’s so convenient, especially if you want to be right in the heart of London. The entrance and reception area are quite simple in appearance, but the rooms are clean, comfortable and nicely kept. A special mention to Racula, who went above and beyond to make our stay smooth. I had different bookings, and she helped ensure that I could stay in the same room throughout. As we arrived early, she also helped store our luggage and tried to get our room cleaned as quickly as possible so that we could check in at 11am for an additional fee. What impressed me most was how she continued to serve everyone with a smile, even while handling both the reception and the busy breakfast crowd. Despite being so busy, she was patient and took the time to explain everything we needed to know, including the breakfast and dinner timings, housekeeping arrangements and other useful information. Racula’s patience and positive attitude really made a difference to our first stay. She made us feel very welcome despite how busy things were. Overall, a very pleasant first stay. Fantastic location, clean rooms and the warm service from Racula made it a memorable experience. I would be happy to stay here again!

  Trip to see an exhibition and see a show. Very successful in terms of the aim of the trip. The hotel is a short walk (10 mins max) from Leicester Square tube station, just walk along the pedestrian path at the side of the Hippodrome (you will see this opposite the tube station). To check in (2nd floor), you have no option we could see than to use a lift (not ideal for my claustrophobic companion). Make sure you get more than 1 key card for your room if you have more than 1 adult. Anything you need, the excellent team will assist you. Our room was incredibly warm, even the aircon wouldn’t cool it down. The team very quickly supplied us with a fan which helped. Breakfast was excellent, with plenty of choice. Our room looked like the bathroom had had a recent ‘tidy-up’, hopefully they’ll move onto the carpets next. Great location. Would I recommend this hotel? Yes to anybody who isn’t claustrophobic.

  Great 4 night stay excellent location all major attractions with in walking distance staff couldn't be more helpful special shout out to Patricia (trish) she cooked breakfast each morning such a lovely lady always very pleased and helpful breakfast plenty of choice both full English and continental this premier inn caters for celiac I will most definitely stay in this premier inn again
