  I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. Everything was clean, comfortable, and well organized. I would especially like to mention Raluca, the housekeeping manager, for her professionalism and attention to detail. Thanks to her and her team, the rooms were always spotless. Excellent service and a great experience overall. I would happily return!

  We had an absolutely wonderful stay at the hotel. From the welcoming atmosphere at check-in to the spotless room and thoughtful details throughout, everything exceeded our expectations and made for an exceptionally relaxing getaway. A very special thank you goes to Raluca. Her genuine warmth, professionalism, and attentive care truly made all the difference in making our stay feel personalized and special. We highly recommend this hotel and will definitely be back!

  Don’t stay in Summer!! Pros: Extremely quiet rooms. I didn’t hear any noise. Safe and secure. Front Desk employees make an effort to help. Close to Chinatown and plays/musicals. Con’s: I paid for a room with AC but it didn’t really work and kept turning off. I heard another couple complaining so it seems to be the building. Maybe it’s okay in winter. The carpets and walls were stained and the ancillary furniture was torn and broken. I don’t like crowds and it’s busy like Time Square all the time. For certain people this could be a plus. I think the hotel needs to increase its repair and maintenance budget or charge way less. I think it’s currently at 2 star hotel level right now.

  Ingresso hotel angosciante, reception al 2 piano, camera piccola con moquette senza ricambio di aria, con finestre bloccate (non si aprono) e con climatizzatore rumoroso, bagno con doccia e con specchio alto 1 metro (non potete specchiarvi e farvi la barba). Per una coppia vengono consegnati solo 3 asciugamani e dovete ogni mattina chiedere la sostituzione in reception. Nonostante sia assurdo chiederlo, comunque la camera in 7 giorni non è mai stata pulita ed il cestino mai svuotato !!! Anche altri ospiti hanno confermato le pessime condizioni igeniche della stanza (capelli, macchie, briciole). Non fatevi attirare dal prezzo, spendete qualche euro in più, ma prenotate altrove.

  What a disappointment. We paid in advance, when we went to check in online it said we owe another £45. Left check in to do it in person, the lady said she couldn’t override the system but a manager could. And kept suggesting things I had done wrong, although we had a print out saying paid in full. We sat down to wait for the manager, another person arrived who did some other tasks, then asked us if we were ok. We said we were waiting for the manager, but she had not pointed him to us. He eventually came back saying he had sorted it. We went to the room, which was small and needed a refresh. Then when we went to shower realised there wasn’t a second towel, so down to reception, no apologies (same lady). In the morning we pulled the TV forward on the moveable stand to see lots of dust and holes in the wall. Positives were a nice breakfast and location.
