  מושלם! המיקום , אופטימלי, סמוך לתחנת רכבת מרכזית ביותר המקום נעים , הצוות אדיב, החדרים מאוד נעימים ויש בהם כל מה שצריך. אנחנו חוזרים לרשת הזו כל פעם כשאנחנו מגיעים ללונדון ואף פעם לא מתאכזבים

  Be aware that if you booked through a third-party booking website, your reservation may not be found at the self-service kiosk. Unfortunately, the staff were not very helpful when we asked for assistance, and they did not tell us that we needed to join the queue for the check-in desk. We eventually figured it out ourselves and ended up wasting around 30 minutes just checking in. The soundproofing was also very poor. The noise from outside the window at night was so loud that it honestly felt as if the window was still open. On top of that, the bathroom sink was partially blocked and drained very slowly. The location is convenient, but apart from that, we would not recommend this hotel.

  Room air less. Asked staff to have bin emptied every day as have two baby's Asked every morning. after the 3rd day of bins not empty I end up doing my self as a team member point to the door near the lifts and said the bins are down the alley.

  We had very bad check in experience on September 24th around 13:00. The reception is a lady. We have 4 persons reserved 2 family rooms for more space consideration. The reception lady insists we have one room reservation only then we spent about 30 minutes to check. Finally she agrees us to check the monitor and we found the other reserve which we booked from different agents. the reception lady start to complained why 4 persons made 2 family rooms? It would create more effort for house keeping to clear the room. Her attitude was totally unacceptable and we feel not comfortable. I hope this will not happen again. Thank you for your attention.

  Our room was perfectly adequate, clean and functional. A bit tired in places, and required the A/C to be on to maintain a reasonable temperature to sleep in overnight. We didn't have dinner on-site, but did have breakfast all 3 days. It was fine, nothing to write home about. But clean, presented well and plenty available. Location wise, it's literally just round the corner from King's Cross station, so was perfect for our little London family adventure. The staff were all great though, it has to be said. Everyone was friendly and took time to engage with our 4 year-old son (who is very talkative and keen to make friends with anyone he can). A specific shout-out to Keowna though, who helped us check in, store bags, and just generally provide us with a frictionless stay. She was an absolute delight, and was always very patient and kind with my son whilst he was spinning her stories about this or that. If she's on shift when you are there, you will be well looked after!
