  As far as premier inns go this one was a little more run down than the average. It is in old repurposed houses, so the floors let through quite a lot of noise. It is also on a very busy road, so there was quite a lot of noise from that. The room I had was quite spacious, but just a bit tired. The bed was fine, and the room was clean. Breakfast at these is always nice as well with a good range of choices.

  L'albergo é situato in una zona bellissima di Londra, vicinissimo alla metropolitana di earl's court. Ci siamo spostati con molta facilità, è anche vicino al museo di storia naturale e al museo delle scienze. Le camere erano pulite, confortevoli e avevamo a disposizione asciugamani e articoli per il bagno. In ogni camera c'era tutto l'occorrente per preparare il the. La colazione era sia all'inglese che "all'italiana", ed era buona. Il personale era davvero molto gentile e accogliente.

  A lovely hotel with friendly staff in a great location. Good points: 1. Location is great. Very near to Earls Court tube station + lots of restaurants, pubs + shops (tesco, sainsburys) nearby. Museums are a walk away and you're close (by tube) to Hyde Park, Harrods, Hamleys, food markets, etc. 2. Busy street but rooms are quiet! Didn't wake once from busy road outside 3. Staff are lovely, welcoming and made my daughter smile/laugh 4. Food was nice, something for everyone. We had breakfast each day and it was really good Bad point: 1. Popped our 'please refresh' sign on but room didn't get cleaned. Had to ask once for new towels and later on for more toilet roll. We'll definitely stay again + would recommend to friends/family :)

  A lot of positives but a good number of downsides. We upgraded to a King Plus room which at first sight looked good with plenty of space, great large walk shower, coffee machine, air con etc. However it was at the front of the building and even on the third floor the traffic noise was constant. Also with the hotel being in an old building the floorboards constantly creaked when walking and really conscious of this during the night. The toilet button was also really difficult to press but the biggest issue was the bed. Despite it being comfortable for firmness whatever product/memory foam it was made off it felt like we were being ‘cooked’ from below which led to led to 2 fitful nights sleep. Also getting to the room was a challenge as 1 of only 2 lifts were working during the three days, so many 3 floor hikes. I had preordered breakfast for the stay. It was fine. Reasonable selection and reasonably priced but nothing outstanding and some items in the cooked section a bit tasteless/under seasoned. I would say throughout all the staff we interacted with were good and friendly and we were able to leave our bags after check out. The electronic check in also worked well. Location close to Earls Court station also good, but with the big downside of being on the busy road if your room is at the front. On balance the stay was a 6 out of 10 - plenty of good things but a lot that fell short of expectations.
