  We spent five nights at the Premier Inn London Kensington (Earl's Court) with our two young daughters. The value was fantastic. The room was a bit dated and had a mildew scent; however, it was clean and able to accommodate the 4 of us without being too crammed. Don't forget to request daily room service should you want it to be cleaned. The daily breakfast is a great deal, and we enjoyed the 2 for 10 GBP happy hour a few nights of our stay. The location is fantastic - a block away from the District and Piccadilly Line with plenty of options for food nearby. I'd like to highlight to staff members: Victoria was wonderful with our girls. Every time we saw her she made a point of talking to them and giving them her attention, and they loved it. It's a small thing that makes a big difference when you're traveling with little kids. Edson was the kind of person you hope to find at a hotel. He gave us good recommendations, took time to stop and chat, and remembered us every time we came through. Whether it was breakfast, dinner, or a routine question at the desk, he was approachable and showed us and the kids real kindness and consideration.

  Decent place to stay for a couple of nights when visiting London. Main menu ok .Good breakfast. One or two staff need a bit more training but would stay there again

  Highly recommend this hotel. We stayed for 4 days on our holiday. The bed was super comfortable and room was spacious. Bathroom also spacious and clean, the breakfast was absolutely delicious and really set us up for each day. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The location was a short walk from the eels court station, so very convenient.

  Ficamos super satisfeitos com a escolha deste hotel. O ponto mais forte, sem dúvidas, é a localização. É extremamente fácil chegar até ele de metrô saindo direto do aeroporto, e a estação próxima facilita muito o deslocamento pela cidade. Nos arredores, há ótimas opções de lanches e padarias. Para nós, ter um M&S Food pertinho foi fundamental no dia a dia: aproveitamos para comprar refeições prontas alguns dias, o que nos ajudou a economizar bastante sem perder a qualidade. Também ficamos satisfeitos com a limpeza e atendimento. Um funcionário em especial (esqueci de perguntar o nome) foi incrivelmente prestativo e até arriscava algumas palavras em português para nos ajudar, o que achamos muito simpático. Os quartos tinham um bom tamanho e a roupa de cama era extremamente confortável, nos garantindo um bom descanso. Não tivemos nenhum tipo de problema durante a estadia. Como ponto de atenção, o hotel não permite check-in antecipado, mas eles aceitam guardar as malas sem problemas antes do horário. O café da manhã é sempre igual e segue o estilo britânico tradicional (um pouco gorduroso), mas conseguimos nos adaptar bem, pois havia frutas, iogurtes, ovos e uma máquina completa de bebidas quentes, que ia de café a chocolate quente. Ah, e era tudo fresquinho! Recomendo muito!

  We booked a 3 night stay at Premier Inn London Kensington (Earl's Court) from the 23-26 August. We booked the hotel in January when Premier were running an offer and paid £250 for a family of 4. This was an absolute steal for a London break in the school summer holidays! We always use Premier Inns for family breaks as you always get a decent standard of room and and a pleasant stay. Check-in was really straightforward. The receptionist on the desk was busy so we took advantage of the self check-in kiosk. This was a very simple process and we sorted out 2 keys for our room. We were allocated a family room on the 2nd floor. We find the family rooms are usually always situated near the lifts and this one was no different. The room was exactly what we would expect of a Premier Inn, although this one was a little smaller than some we have had. Everything was clean and tidy though and it was the perfect base for our time exploring London especially as it was so close to Earl's Court tube station. Would definitely stay here again.
