Stayed here a few times whilst visiting London and going to the Opera. The rooms, as with all Premier Inns, are comfortable, roomy and with great beds and air-con.
I particularly want to praise Gurdy, who is always a cheerful, sensible, helpful, hard working, efficient and thoughtful representative of the Premier Inn group. Well done, Gurdy!

My family and I had to attend an event at the Conway Hall, and decided to book here due to the Hotel's close location to the hall. Usually we stay in five star hotels, and was a little apprehensive as to what awaited us, having been forced to arrive at midnight by car due to train cancellations.
First impressions were great, the Hotel was easy to find, the night porters, Samsal and Regis were friendly and welcoming, and as a bonus we were able to park in the hotels basement. (Something that was not made clear on the website).
The rooms were clean, spacious and not what I expected and we all had a great nights sleep.
The following Morning we had in issue whereby we had originally been forced to book another two separate rooms, and were expecting to have to check out of one and check in another, a prospect made all the more daunting with elderly infirm parents.
Leon was on the reception desk, and between he and the manager Farzanna, they made the process painless, keeping us in the original rooms. So a big thank you for doing that.
Breakfast was great, with Gurdy providing a great welcome and offering us some great tables and service. Overall the hotel exceeded my expectations, and could put some of the more expensive and higher rated hotels to shame. No doubt, most of this was down to the professionalism and friendliness of the staff.

Have stayed several times before and always opt for a premier plus room. It’s situated in a very convenient place for getting around London. The whole place is very clean and the staff friendly and helpful. It was a real bonus to have air conditioning as it was so hot. A special mention to Gurdy who gave us a wonderful warm and friendly greeting when we arrived at breakfast. Nothing was too much trouble. She is a shining example of how to look after your guests. A big thank you to everyone.

I'm a long time customer of Premier Inn for the fact that they are comfortable and consistent. Unfortunately at the Holborn branch I was placed in room 403 which backs directly onto the elevators and the noise of them going up and down all night kept me up until the early hours of the morning. I tried contacting reception multiple times for help but received no answer, and there was nobody present in the morning to talk to. I had to then go and deliver a workshop on about 3 hours sleep.
When I raised the complaint and cited the Good Night Guarantee I was refunded only 50% of the cost of the room. A room which I paid £302 for on a weekday. Really disappointing experience, but most of all a very disappointing level of aftercare and customer support thereafter. A terrible nights sleep in a poorly positioned room, and no real care for the customer experience.

We stayed at the premier inn at Holborn Friday to Monday , we were given a accessible room (we didn’t require one )which was tired and ready for a revamp , obviously the room hadn’t been cleaned properly there were a few dead flies on the window sill, at the side of the bed on the wall there was a few streaks of stains of some kind ,
The shower at first was pretty good when it was turned on then after a few minutes the pressure deteriorated untill hardly anything , the bathroom was tired and ready for a deep clean
The bed was comfortable
We had breakfast a couple of times which was good and meeted by Gurdy who was a excellent host ,
The location was good for what we wanted , we allways stay at premier inn all the time & are usually very good but this time we were very disappointed
