- BLBeverly LoveOct 4, 20265.0Excellent stay, reasonably priced, comfy bed & pillows, just what we needed as we were in London overnight to celebrate my friends birthday & vist the Bayeux Tapestry at The British Museum.
- GSGeraldine StaffOct 2, 20263.0Location really good. Staff were friendly. Appear to have a lot of long term tenants/families as communal areas full of kids doing homework. My room appeared ok at first but when you looked under the desk or bed they were full of thick dust. Breakfast was ok but quite cold. If I am in the area again I will try elsewhere.
- SBStephen BowerOct 2, 20264.0Walked from Liverpool Street station which took 40 mins but quite straight forward. Down Red Lion Street but at the opposite end to the Red Lion pub. Plus rooms were as expected, comfortable and very quiet despite being 10 minutes from Oxford Street. Staff were excellent, we checked in 24 hours before hand and used the self service check in kiosk which is very straight forward. Out to the Palladium that evening, Oxford Street was buzzing and it took 30 mins to walk a very easy route. Walked back afterwards with no problems or any feeling of unease. Breakfast the next day was good and then walked back to Liverpool Street to catch the 10.30am Train home.
- SLS L.Sep 30, 20264.0Very centrally located hotel, comfortable room, good price. However the wifi / mobile roaming reception in my room was really bad. It was very frustrating experience that the key card activation didn’t work during the night O stayed there, and a staff needed to walk me outside my room to open the door for me
- GBGarima BediSep 19, 20265.0Shout out to the duty manager - Farzana! She’s been an amazing host and a super woman! I was so impressed watching her at the front desk one minute and jumping on to helping out in the restaurant at breakfast service. She’s a wonder woman! Absolutely loved her hospitality and the excitement she brings to the floor. She’s a burst of energy and a great asset to have at the property! Absolutely amazing human that I had the pleasure of meeting! Can’t wait to be back here.
