  Perfect location for shopping , Eating and Commuting. Ms Priyanka is very professional on a front desk given us excellent service and help us ffor commuting over London . Great service

  I arrived at the Premier Inn (The Hyde) following a flood at my flat. Consequently staying for a week. Overall the room allocated to me was clean with a shower and bathroom area of good size. Although storage space for the few items of clothing i had was limited. The food and drinks beverage offer i thought was good. The staff overall were friendly and helpful. I would like to highlight two members of the premier Inn Hotel staff for particular praise. Dhivni and Briyoni exhibited extraordinary high levels of interpersonal and organisational skills particularly when managing a surge of guests arriving at the hotel. During those periods Dhivni and Briyoni demonstrate excellently calmness friendliness and a professional ethos that i can only imagine enhances the reputation and image positively of the of the Premier inn hotel group. I would be extremely surprised that if Dhivni and Briyoni decide to maintain this career pathway that they do not in the future become middle or senior managers in the hotel leisure and tourism industry.   The room was as I would expect from several other Premier Inns at which I've stayed: clean, comfortable and quiet. And the breakfast was the very good standard Premier Inn one. The hotel overall however looks worn, and it really needs a touch of tender loving care: the outside and the reception area. When I arrived, neither of the two lifts was working, to the obvious distress of an older woman who had a room on an upper floor. The staff were pleasant and helpful but, I think, seemed overworked and a bit hassled. Area is well-served by frequent buses which go to central London and to various nearby railway stations.

  Great stay at Premier Inn London Hendon My wife and I stayed for one night at Premier Inn London Hendon while visiting London for the Bon Jovi concert on 9th September. We were very pleased with our stay. The room was very clean, spacious and comfortable, with everything we needed for a relaxing night. The hotel was a great choice for our trip, and we would happily stay here again. Overall, a very pleasant experience and excellent value for a short stay. Highly recommended! 👍

  Five Star First Impression I’m only two nights into an eight-night stay, but I already felt I had to take a moment to write this review because sometimes you come across people who leave an impression on you almost immediately. First impressions really are everything and ours could not have been warmer. I have to give a special mention to Pivornia and her female colleague working tirelessly in the catering area. From the moment we arrived, they gave us the warmest welcome and have continued to be so attentive, friendly and accommodating. Nothing seems too much trouble and their hard work and positive attitude really haven't gone unnoticed. Pivornia and her female colleague have made us feel genuinely looked after. I don't know whether they realise the impression they've already made on us, but I sincerely hope the management do. Then there is Dominiqua, one of the cleaners, who I absolutely have to mention. Having worked in customer service for over 25 years myself, I know the difference between someone simply doing their job and someone who genuinely cares, Dominiqua cares. She is honestly such a heartwarming lady. There is something incredibly genuine about her. You can see that she doesn’t just come to work, clean the rooms and leave. She takes pride in what she does. You can see it in the way she carries herself. People like Dominiqua are sometimes the ones who can be overlooked because they work quietly in the background. But I want her to know that her work is noticed. Hats off to the Chef. Scrumptious breakfast and dinners. We still have six nights to go, but if our first two nights are anything to go by, I’m already looking forward to the rest of our stay. Well Done Premier Inn, Hendon – The Hyde Team
