  This hotel is absolutely foul. It smells, and is denerally dirty and neglected. The carpets in the bedroom area haven't been hoovered in months. They are heavily stained and an air of neglect hangs over the whole place. The vinyl.in our bathroom was wrinkled, dirty and sticky. The cafe area floor is filthy around the edge from poor cleaning. Premier Inn should be ashamed of this place.

  The hotel could do with a bit of a refurbishment, as the bathrooms and carpets were looking a little worn. However, the staff more than made up for it. On the night we arrived, we had dinner in the restaurant and our waitress, Alise, was absolutely lovely. She was friendly, attentive, and made us feel very welcome. It was one of the best meals we’ve had out in quite a while. The following morning at breakfast, our waiter Richard was just as impressive. He was incredibly accommodating and went above and beyond, making sure we had everything we needed, bringing extra food and coffee without us having to ask. A big thank you to Alise, Richard, and the team for making our stay so enjoyable. We would definitely come back.

  Her bir otelin bir kokusu vardır. Bu otel ise toz ve kir kokuyor. O kadar toz ki, nefes almak çok zor. 5 gun kaldık, bir turlu halıların tozunu aldiramadik.

  On our first night we arrived around tea time and decided upon looking at the menu provided in our room that we’d go into the restaurant downstairs. This was absolutely disgusting once we ordered we waited near enough an hour and no food was brought to us. When we enquired to the staff about our food we heard the chefs shouting and panicking. 10 minutes later we received 2 RAW chicken and beef burgers which were vile and inedible. Staff refused us a refund and remade the food which even remade was still disgusting. All staff would offer was for our drinks to be free which was maybe £8 of the £50 bill?!?!? Absolutely horrendous. The room itself appeared dirty upon us first entering which led to us cleaning things ourselves (such as the toilet, tap and sink). Considering we were staying a few days we had minimal toilet paper, which was inconvenient. Curtains also had strange stains on too. Through the nights we’d also hear people appearing to be stomping through the different corridors too so our sleep wasn’t great either. However, the food was another level of disgusting and we wouldn’t recommend anyone stay here, especially after the obscene price we paid to stay there anyway.
