We took the public bus from the airport terminal 2. Took about 15 minutes. The hotel was a short walk from the bus stop. They are currently doing construction outside so the closest bus stop was closed. Not much of an inconvenience.
The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel has 24 hrs eats. Comfortable beds. Clean room. Some hardware a bit old but a good find for the price.

Surprisingly impressed at the cleanliness and quality of the hotel. I wad expecting a dingy holiday inn style hotel like we have in the States but this facility is well updated and the AC is ice cold.
Had a wonderful check in process with Shamaila, who made sure any of our questions and needs were properly addressed.

The hotel is about twenty minutes from the airport. I used the Hoppa shuttle to & from Heathrow. The hotel booked me for a a handicapped room, but I did not ask for that when I made my reservation online. If I did, it was unintentional and not clear on the webpage. I was looking forward to a nice English breakfast. The hotel wanted 20 GBP if I had prebooked it, but it was 30 GBP at check in. Please make a note of that.

Usually premier inns are easy, quick and do a good job. This particular one is a nightmare. When I arrived the front door wasn’t working and so a staff member had to open it from the inside.
I then joined a queue to check in and as it was taking so long, I decided to go to the self check in area as all the screens were available. I then attempted to check in but was told my room wasn’t ready yet (at 10pm….).
I then rejoined the queue and for some reason at this particular premier inn, it takes the staff FOREVER to complete that one task.
When eventually I got the pleasure of waiting 10 minutes whilst the staff member stared at his screen to check me in, i asked if everything was alright. His response was, “Yes. I just have to check the details.”
Why does this premier inn take so much longer than any other? It also didn’t help that there was only 2 check in desks open, yet 3 other staff standing around not helping at all.
There were other visibly frustrated customers waiting to check in.
Very slow, poor English, don’t communicate, poor technology.
On a side note, if you’re departing from terminal 5, do not use this hotel. It takes forever to get to and the Terminal 5 premier inn is much much better and the staff are fantastic there.

After a long journey from Melbourne, Australia, we decided to spend our first night in London at the Premier Inn London Heathrow Airport T2 & T3 (Bath Road) before collecting our hire car—and it was a great decision.
Getting there was incredibly easy thanks to the Hotel Hoppa service from Heathrow. Check-in was seamless, with both self-service and manned options available. I used the self check-in kiosks and the whole process was quick and effortless.
The hotel offers excellent dining options, and the breakfast was outstanding. For just £13.99, the unlimited Full English buffet offered plenty of variety and fantastic value.
The staff were friendly, welcoming and genuinely helpful throughout our stay. The bed was exceptionally comfortable too, which was exactly what we needed while recovering from jet lag after our long-haul flight.
One of the biggest surprises was the hotel lobby. The ambience, design and atmosphere felt more like an ultra-luxury resort than an airport hotel.
If you’re arriving into Heathrow and need somewhere comfortable to recharge before continuing your journey, I would highly recommend this hotel.
As my wife Claire summed it up: “I’m well impressed with the hotel. It exceeded my expectations.”
