  We Came Back To This Hotel After Arriving At Heathrow Airport & Had A Very Comfortable & Pleasant Stay. The Rooms Were Clean, The Location Was Convenient For A Quick Transfer To & From Heathrow Airport, & The Overall Experience Was Great. It Also Offers Excellent Value For Money. Highly Recommended For Anyone Looking For A Clean, Comfortable, & Affordable Stay Near Heathrow Airport.

  Easy to get to from the longstay car park, via TFL bus and then a short flat walk. Straightforward check in and amazingly quiet rooms, considering the aeroplanes flying in overhead. Food in the bar area was adequate, although my ravioli was quite a small portion. My friend's grilled chicken breast was served undercooked but the manager quickly replaced it when asked, which was satisfactory. An all night Costa in the hotel was very welcome as we had a dawn start and a large mug of decaf tea was needed. The Hoppa bus was boarded from the rear entrance to the lobby and we were at our departure terminal within 10 minutes. I'd certainly be happy to stay here again and would look at the various meal deals to add value to my stay.

  Great hotel and offers everything you would expect. The big let down is the parking price of £24 for one night. I can understand the charge if not staying at the hotel but not if you are booked into the hotel 😡 They know if you are staying at the hotel so no way should a guest be charged that amount of money on top of the price of the hotel stay.

  Everything was very good the only issue I had was internet,I had help from reception who logged me in on ultimate but still only give 1mb download so gave up and connected laptop to phone, the phone would connect but laptop wouldn't, Forgot to mention outrageous charge for blue badge parking it was half price of the room

  Rooms are absolutely fine and for a layover at the airport it does the job for a good nights sleep. I would suggest booking online whenever possible. I arrived at midnight and had checked online that rooms were available but did not book as I was 10 mins anyway. I arrived at the reception and was told that no rooms were available through the microphone after a bit of back and forth I was eventually let in and told that they were fully booked and that I could speak to the manager if I desired. The manager came out and started with asking if I had a booking and that if not they were fully booked. I showed him the open booking page showing that a room was clearly available to which he started with " ahh yes but that was before midnight and that the booking was clearly for the next day" I then had to show the booking which clearly showed that I was showing him the correct dates. After telling him that I would just book it online while standing at the desk he said there was a room available and that it would cost 4 pounds more than stated online - i didnt mind and paid the bill. I really dont understand the viewpoint of saying that no rooms are available and only after discussions and wanting to book online that rooms then suddenly appear. The checkin process then took another 15 mins as the address was clearly not easy to enter. The whole ordeal took approximately 40 mins which in my opinion was due to incompetence from the night service desk. The 10 mins that I thought I would waste booking online would have been in fact the quickest and easiest option.
