  The room is adequate with nice temperature control. The facility is run down. The long narrow corridor with flashing lights was unnerving. Service was better when non existent. They would benefit from some form of information sharing.

  Thank you to the excellent staff Vanessa and Rachel. Friendly, attentive and nothing was too much trouble, even 5 mins before bar was closing. Would return based on their fantastic service alone

  Stay in premier inn with work all the time but this one by far has been a right let down! Served the wrong food after waiting 50 minutes and we are the only table here! Curry was not great at all, 4 bits of chicken, watery and bland! Chicken skewer starter was deep fried and bone dry! Everyone has a Long wait at the bar as its not manned on a Saturday night and its frustrating! Lady here running around like a headless chicken apologising every 5 mins! 1 person in kitchen is clearly struggling! Get offered a free drink for the wait and bad food and when we said just take the current one off the bill as we dont want another drink we was told not possible by the manager who was the one who put the wrong order through! He didnt want to come over and apologise fpr wrong order or see if the food was ok, or explain about the drink etc and left it to the poor woman who keeps apologising! We work for a large company with a premier inn acc for over 150 employees and we will def wont be recommending this one as a good stay on our group chat! Going to bed hungry, roll on breakfast

  One of the better Premier Inn's around Heathrow. 5 mins to the Elizabeth Line to the airport and 20 mins then other way into town. Rooms nice and quiet, breakfast selection good.

  I generally do not post reviews, but I felt compelled to share this experience for the benefit of others, especially those who suffer from asthma or allergies. If you have respiratory issues, I strongly recommend not spending your money on this hotel. My family and I stayed here for a week while attending a wedding, and it turned out to be one of the worst accommodation decisions we have ever made. During our stay, my asthma became severely aggravated. I cannot confirm the exact cause, but I suspect it may have been related to mold or poor air quality within the hotel. There was also a persistent, unpleasant odor coming from the bathroom area that smelled like garbage or sewage. The smell was constant throughout our stay and made the room extremely uncomfortable. I reported the issue to the concierge and was assured that management would inspect the room. However, despite raising the concern on two separate occasions, no one ever came to investigate or follow up. For anyone considering staying here, I would strongly advise spending an extra £40–£50 on alternative accommodation if possible. The additional cost is well worth avoiding the discomfort and lack of support we experienced. Unfortunately, based on my experience, I cannot recommend this hotel. Stayed from 7 till 14 may, 2026
