  Good location for Wembley stadium but poor otherwise. No option to check in early, no A/C working in my room despite advertising as air conditioned rooms. Inadequate service as contacted reception about it on the number given in the room ( which is in a completely different building) and no one answered multiple times. Eventually did pick up and said would put it on from their central control. Hour later still not on so rang reception again- no answer at all, just rings and rings. Eventually on way out, had to go to reception again and ask again as during the heatwave and room was sweltering. They said they would look into it while we were out but on coming back at midnight, still not working, just left a fan in the room. They must have known the A/C wasn’t working in the first place as when we checked in there was already a fan in the room and the window was open. We should have been informed and or moved prior to arriving as we had no choice when we were already there for a concert. It spoilt the getting ready part for my daughter and her friend to see Harry Styles as we were sweating and obviously impacted on our ability to sleep. No one seemed too bothered at the hotel that I spoke to. If it had of been a major incident in our room, as lone females I feel reception should be contactable especially when you are isolated in another building and we didn’t want to be walking about at night any more than we had to. Never worth the nearly £200 the room cost me as everything else was old and tired also. Can’t check in with the QR code you’re sent as machine doesn’t work so have to queue anyway. Shabby shower curtain in bathroom. Dated. Not my normal premier inn experience.

  I recently stayed at Premier Inn Kenton and had a wonderful experience. The staff at both the hotel and the Beefeater were incredibly welcoming, friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Every day, we were greeted with warm smiles and excellent service at breakfast and dinner which made us feel truly valued as guests. The level of customer service was outstanding and I couldn’t have asked for a better team. A special thank you to Priyesh, who was exceptionally kind and attentive. He went above and beyond to ensure we were well looked after, his professionalism and genuine care made our stay even more enjoyable. Also a big shout out to the manager who worked evenings in the pub restaurant he was wonderful and treated us so well. Thank you to all the staff for making our visit so pleasant. Their dedication and hospitality did not go unnoticed. I would highly recommend Premier Inn Kenton to anyone looking for a comfortable stay with excellent service.

  Great experience! My wife and I stayed here for three days during LTW 2026 and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The staff were incredibly helpful, friendly, and always willing to assist with anything we needed. A special thanks to "Hesandi" for warm hospitality. Their professionalism and kindness made our stay even more memorable. We would definitely recommend this hotel and look forward to staying here again.

  As the saying goes - you know what you're getting with a premier inn. Premier inn harrow is fine, not the best one I've stayed in not the worst either. Room was clean and comfortable. Location is good for wembley and London Central with a tube stop just 5 minutes walking distance. Parking is great. All staff we spoke to were really helpful and friendly. Would stay again.

  Lovely hotel, the room was clean and had everything expected in a premier inn, towels, spare pillows, hairdryer, soap and shower gel. The staff were on reception to welcome us at check in and check out and were friendly and informative. We booked breakfast for both mornings and the restaurant was clean and tidy, staff were polite and helpful and the food was nice and the buffet was replenished regularly. The hotel has good transport links as we were attending Wembley stadium and is close to retail shops in walking distance. The car park had plenty of space and is easily accessible. We would stay here again
