  The worst experience I’ve ever had the room smells weird the air conditioner is not working no matter you put it 19 with full fan it will turn off within 5 min without cooling the room the only fan is working i guess and sounds weird also I spotted spider in my room and when I told reception they ignored like seriously !!! The worst experienced ever!!

  Standard room as to be expected. The rooms are in an out building with reception in another building. Corridors are super dark. Hotel is right on the rail line so very noisy You have to pay for parking too. Not the best I’ve stayed in sadly Good location to travel into London though for Wembley

  I’ve been in most of the UK hotels but this one was probably the best experience I ever had. The staff were great. I felt treated like a king. Room was very clean and the smell inside was more than fresh. Btw, what perfume you guys are using? I would like that for my home.

  Stop here for the weekend as we were going to Wembley for the Bruno Marrs concert. As expected prices for this weekend in the whole Wembley area were high. So this became an economical choice. That said; still £400 for two people for two nights. Loads of parking which is brilliant 🤩. Staff very very helpful which is brilliant 🤩 Cleaning staff very chatty and polite. Which is brilliant 🤩 Had breakfast one morning 🌅 food choices were excellent and staff looked after you. The only negative for us was the noises from the people above. Which occurred from 2200 to 0100 for the two nights we were here. We were in the room 8 on the Ground floor. Yes you do notice the train/over ground but I expected that as I needed to be near the tube. 🚇 Rooms are clean. Beefeater menu choice is standard chips and steak. Bar prices reasonable for the area. Pint and glass of wine £14. If we come to London for Wembley we may well use again. Thank you.

  My daughter and I stayed here for 4 nights using it as a base to visit Central London each day. We were on the top floor nearest the railway but we're not disturbed at all as the room had two layers of windows to keep out the noise. The air con was a godsend as it was 30C all week. The beds were comfy and the room was clean. The beefeater is a little dated but absolutely fine for breakfast each morning and the staff were very friendly and welcoming. Transport links are fantastic as you have the Kenton station almost opposite for the Bakerloo line and Northwick Park on the Metropolitan line a 5-10 mins walk away. We prepaid to park at Sainsbury's for the duration of our trip. We would definitely stay again.
