  i cam3 to Harrow from Italy to visit my Father who is in the local hospital. Location of the premier inn is great, near the metro and right across the road from the station and just a 10 minute walk to the hospital. although the trains pass by its still very quiet at night. I'm a light sleeper but All the same, I slept very well. the restaraunt staff were great and a big shout out to Nandini, Rayan and Shubhrat who made sure I was always welcome, well fed and looked after. thanks very much guys 🙂

  Highly recommend this hotel at this location. Reasonable price, all the receptionist were professional and friendly. Want to thank Aisa (I assume probably she’s European) for sending housekeeping for a room refresh even though I made a late request. Also want to thank the lady with the glasses as she very friendly and supportive and full of smiles . Plenty of car parking spaces and it’s safe. Plenty of indian restaurants around all within walking distance and big Sainsbury’s just opposite the hotel . Great for families. Rooms very clean , no noise at all , just the train lines but nothing major. 9 out of 10.

  Whenever I travel for work or just a few days I gravitate towards Premier Inn because it's always clean, staff are always friendly and you do know what you're going to get. The staff at the Harrow hotel are incredible, friendly, accommodating, polite and they make everything so easy so bonuses all round for them! When I was last in I think it was Rosalia working, they were ace! Housekeeping are great, rooms are SO clean, air con is lovely, heating is nice. I actually stayed in a room near the trains and with the windows closed you can't really hear them but to be fair, windows open it's not a big issue either. The tube being that close is useful because if you've been out for a long day you get off, walk round the corner and you're back in the hotel! Stay here if you're near Harrow.

  This Premier Inn is due to be demolished in 2026 so the maintenance of this property is non existent. The sound proofing of the rooms is poor too especially as some of the rooms are right foot next to the West Coast Main line. This means that trains thunder past at over 100mph every few minutes. The rooms are tired and many fixtures Re broken. Visible mould and damp smell (stench) can be found in many public areas. However, the hotel is well located next to Kenton station. A short bus ride and you're at Harrow on the Hill. Northwick Park on the Met is less than 10 minutes away. Be warned this place is very, very poor compared to other premier inns.

  This place feels extremely shady and does NOT feel family-oriented — our wallet was stolen from our room My family stayed at Premier Inn London Harrow two days ago. During the night, at around 4:00 AM, while they were in a deep sleep, someone apparently used an access card/key to enter their room and stole their wallet, which contained a significant amount of cash and personal belongings. This is an extremely serious security concern. My family has only been in the UK for about a week and were extremely frightened and unsure about whom to contact, which is why they did not immediately report what happened. We really want our wallet and the money that was inside it returned. We have the exact details of what was in the wallet and will provide the exact amount privately to the hotel management or the relevant authorities upon request. We do not want to disclose the amount publicly for security reasons. We are asking the hotel management to urgently investigate this incident. If CCTV cameras cover the relevant areas, please preserve and review the CCTV footage from around 4:00 AM and check the access-card/key records to establish exactly who entered the room and how access was obtained. We are also asking Premier Inn management to contact us directly, investigate the incident properly, and provide a written explanation of what happened. A hotel room should be a safe and secure place for a family to sleep. After this incident, we unfortunately no longer feel that this hotel provides that sense of security. Premier Inn management: please contact us urgently, preserve the relevant CCTV and access records, investigate who entered the room, and help us recover our wallet and the money that was inside it.
