  Do not book here, arrived at the hotel which has a gated secure car park great no worries about my van, how wrong was I ! On returning to my van my looked like a sardine tin lid cut and peeled back approx £3000 worth of tools stolen, then saw multiple van owners all looking angry 6 vans broken into in one night causing lots of damage to each van, all van owners go see reception sorry we can’t share cctv footage, so we asked how they got into a gated car park, oh sorry the gates was playing up they was open all night yet following morning there all locked and closed again very convenient for thieves, we were all then expected to pay £17 to leave said car park as gates wont upon unless you pay, funny that they open for thieves causing and stealing thousands of pounds worth of stuff, after speaking to a regular guest there that doesn’t drive at least 10 vans have been done in last month not including the 6 on this occasion, cctv cameras everywhere but nothing to view Absolute joke whitbread you need to take responsibility for what’s happening

  Had a lovely stay at the Premier Inn Hanger Lane this weekend. We stayed there whilst seeing an event at Wembley and found it suited our needs perfectly. The hotel has good access to the local bus stop and tube station and restaurants nearby. The service here was excellent and the staff were lovely and accommodating, big shoutout to Indu for always going the extra mile! We booked a Premier plus room and it had everything we needed. Would highly recommend.

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had a wonderful breakfast experience, made even better by our host, Migma. She was incredibly friendly, welcoming and attentive from the moment we arrived. Nothing was too much trouble, and she made sure we had everything we needed while always serving us with a smile. Her warm personality and excellent service really stood out and made breakfast feel extra special. Migma is a credit to the hotel and a great example of genuine 5-star hospitality. Thank you for looking after us so well!

  I had to stay in this area for work, and while I wouldn't choose hangar lane as a holiday destination, this premier Inn made the stay comfortable. The rooms are good. It's the era of premier Inn with modern rooms that still have a bath as standard. The breakfast service is excellent. Particular shout out to Migma, who provided lovely boiled eggs and GF options. Honestly though, all the staff were very pleasant. The evening service was slightly less attentive, but if you can't find anyone at the bar, head towards the kitchen and they're probably sorting something out down there.

  Location of this premier inn for a few days in London has been spot for us seeing some of the lovely sights of London. The staff (Migma, Indy and Seharum) have been very attentive and professional in their approach. Explained everything. Directions to tube (not hard once you know where 😂) 2 mins to subway, poached eggs for breakfast, Thankyou Mighna! Rooms a little tired. Sons duvet stained as some how he manged to remove cover so we could see coffee stains or similar 😳 . Stain on carpet! But overall clean! For some reason only 1 chair in room by table for three people 🤔 and no chair for make up area! So the one chair was padded with bed pillows to get the right height (and I’m 5ft 9” 😂) to make the make up area useful… the light and mirror were great and outta the bathroom so others good still use bathroom. Overall would I stay again… yes!
