  AVOID!!!!! recently visited for my son's birthday to go to wembley our whole weekend was ruined!! We were expected to sleep in a mouldy damp smelling room when we reported this we were told the hotel was fully booked so we decided to leave and drive 3hrs home in the middle of the night and abandon our plans the next day. Premier inn have refused a refund for a room we never stayed in and a breakfast we never ate extremely poor customer service from hotel staff and guest relations I will NEVER use premier inn again!

  I had a wonderful stay at Premier Inn London Hanger Lane. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the overall service was excellent. I was especially impressed by the breakfast team. The morning staff were very welcoming, friendly, and attentive, which made the start of each day enjoyable. I would particularly like to nominate Seharun Khatun for her outstanding customer service. She was extremely helpful and friendly, providing useful information about the local area and explaining the best travel options to Central London. Her guidance made it much easier for me to plan my journeys and enjoy my visit. She was professional, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to ensure I had a great experience. Thank you, Seharun, for your kindness and excellent service. Staff members like you make a real difference. I would highly recommend this hotel and look forward to staying here again in the future.

  Der Standort ist top, direkt an der Central Line mit Anbindung an die Innenstadt Londons. Das Hotel an sich ist für einen kurzen Aufenthalt sehr gut, was Preis/Leistung angeht. Mit dem Zimmer hatten wir ein paar Probleme, die aber vom Personal behoben wurden. Dass man den Room Service anmelden muss ist etwas ungewohnt. Auch dass ein Kleiderschrank fehlt ist suboptimal. Dafür sind die Betten sehr groß und bequem. Besonders hervorzuheben ist der Bereich des Frühstücks, bei dem auch Glutenunverträglichkeit beachtet wird. Die Kollegin Indu macht einen hervorragenden Job und ist immer hilfsbereit! Alles in allem findet man ein gutes Preis- / Leistungsverhältnis.

  We stayed at this hotel in August 2026 and had a lovely time. The hotel served its purpose tremendously well, providing us with a decent breakfast each morning before we headed out to explore London.The room was modern, spacious, and well-equipped, with air conditioning and the added bonus of a kettle for making hot drinks, which was much appreciated after a day of sightseeing.The breakfast staff were incredibly accommodating. We made a special request for poached eggs, which were delivered to our table without any fuss. A massive shout-out to Migma, Indu, and Seharum, who went above and beyond in providing outstanding service throughout our stay.The only minor issue for us was the make-up mirror in the room. My wife found it difficult to use, as there was no suitable chair to match the height of the mirror. We also noticed that the quilt on my son's bed had what appeared to be a tea or coffee stain. Although the quilt cover was clean, it seemed this had been missed during housekeeping.Overall, these were very minor issues in what was otherwise a very enjoyable stay. We would happily stay at this hotel again in the future and would recommend it to others visiting London.

  Overall, we had a good stay at Premier Inn Hanger Lane and I’d happily give it 4 stars. The hotel was clean, the staff were friendly and helpful, and most importantly we had a really good night’s sleep. The self check-in was also quick and convenient, there are lifts available, and the on-site parking was very useful. Parking was £17 for 24 hours, which I thought was reasonable for London. One useful tip for anyone driving here: the car park entrance is at the front of the hotel. Google Maps took us around to the back, but that appears to be exit only, so it’s worth knowing before you arrive. There were just a couple of small things that stopped it being a 5-star stay for us. The iron wasn’t the best and seemed to either leak water or get too hot, which made ironing a bit of an adventure 😂. The other slight disappointment was the bar closing at around 11pm. We had come back from an event and would have liked to sit down and have a couple of drinks afterwards. I appreciate there have to be closing times, but on busy event nights it would be great if the bar could stay open a little later. We didn’t eat at the hotel, so I can’t comment on the food. Overall though, it’s a nice, clean and comfortable hotel with friendly staff, convenient parking and good facilities. Definitely deserves 4 stars, and with a couple of small improvements I could easily see it being a 5-star experience.
